The house seems well designed but I can't really picture the size of each room, what materials are used in each part of the house, perceptions of the house designs and architecture when you're standing in an area, etc. There are some details lacking in your presentation. The camera seems to follow you instead of having us a sneak peak of what you are discussing and having a view of the whole area. Miss Apple Grace showed us her amazement of the house instead of showing how beautiful the house is even we're just watching the vid.

no serious issues, well made, great attention to detail. though too much personalization, this feels like looking at someone's home and into owner's personality. all rooms lack a decently sized window especially the master bedroom. not a window to the garage. powder room is possible with a window. lanai feels like a room as it also has huge walls on both sides. 20:37 wished this floor stretches to between the two glass windows for one real family/activity area on the second floor.

Seems that the builder doesnt believe in feng shui. All beds are suggested to be positioned straightly directed to t&b door. Tapos no window sa powder room and family room. Sinara pa un lanai sa likod so mainit sa dining area.

the home has it's unique touches but it seems like the designer couldn't decide on what to put in the house because of all the different themes and such
The master bedroom is allitle small for me specially the bathroom. With that big of a house I want a doble sink, separated tub and a big walkin closet on my master bedroom. And the kitchen was also small for that house.
