I enjoyed the humor and unity in the kitchen. As always very entertaining and loved the wealth of knowledge that David informed us about. Regardless of age, everyone can truly benefit from trying to eat better for our health. I just hate that with constant inflation it is not always easy to do so and cheaper to eat out at times.
