Great 4K POV as always
Thank you 😊
@@XtremeCoasters you’re welcome
Did my first ride of this on the 27th, ended up getting first ride of the day on it. Thought it was fantastic! My favourite thing is the feeling you get during those heartline rolls at the end, being lifted out of your seat while upside down is an oddly fun yet scary sensation.
Agree 🙂
This look so awesome!!! Wish we could have one these in the US!
It's great, was very impressed by it 🙂
yus
Alors la je dis bravo 👏il est juste incroyablement parfait ce coaster 🤪
Merci, c'est incroyable :)
This was fun! Thanks. 😊
Thanks for watching 🙂
I loved this coaster. My favourite ride there, no contest. It's all fun and games until the last section with the heartline rolls. Almost passed out there, haha.
The last section is brutal on the senses. You feel like you're still upside down, even when up the right way after pulling out of that last inline roll 😂
@@XtremeCoasters Exactly. It's very dizzying and disorientating. Something i found jarring was that you do move out of your seat a little when upside down, so it's scary indeed 😂
@@vantage224 You're hangung outside the train if sitting in the left hand seat lol
They’re heartline rolls btw
@@DemarD__D Ahh my bad I'll edit the comment :)
Best coaster I have EVER ridden (so far at least!)
And guess what! When I rode it, I didn't even get sick! ;)
Good to hear 🙂
im only a child and was like you know what I love coasters so why not and it was my most intense coaster so far, the first drop does you know
Great ride
Yes, agree 🙂
Insane!! Insano!! Muy loco!!
It really is lol
Really amazing video, really good rollercoaster. Flamingo land have got a good coaster there, only thing I dislike about it honestly is the fact its only runs on one train, which is why I am hoping they add either a second or third trains on later? Even if two are running, one is in Maintenance shed? Think it would be best to do that especially if the coasters popularity starts to grow over the years, which hopefully it does and it will. Other thing I dislike is lack of theming around the coaster infact coasters at park. Just think coasters especially this one could do with more theming or a lot? Around the structure, aswell have immersive a.k.a maybe queue lines & exit paths aswell more paths interact with it. Don't think station theme needs changing as thats the only bit themed, but yeah rest of it 100% needs it especially all coasters in park. But apart from this, really good ride, coaster and look forward in future to seeing more & new vlogs both theme park & attractions related. :)
Thank you 🙂 I think the chances of a 2nd train are unlikely anytime soon. They didn't have a 2nd train anywhere in sight for Kumali when we visited either. Has that ever ran with 2 trains? While there is a lack of theming around the coaster itself, they have made the area look lovely. The mist tunnels and water feature spraying up fountains as the train passes are nice little features 🙂
@@XtremeCoasters, Thats ok, Oki doki, would be good addition in future, hoping they will add more trains? But guess its what it is at the end of the day. Oh yeah with the area, it looks amazing. Just think it could do with an immersive theme? Well all coasters in whole park, but hoping one day maybe might happen with a new coaster? Yes the mist tunnels and fountains are nice, but yeah still think more theming would be good addition. But well see. Cheers for reply & thanks again for sharing. :)
Went on it yesterday.
Great coaster. Not a fan of feeling like you're gonna literally fall out on the corkscrew bit (the seats / harness could be modified) but overall decent.
Lovef the cold steam.
Overall not as good as the smiler but up there.
The alternative to the lap bar restraints would be the over shoulder restraints. They have those on Colossus at Thorpe Park (practically the same coaster), and it's one of the biggest complaints due to how painful they are on a ride like this. Lap bars are the much better option (and are perfectly safe) 🙂
Wow, that looks awesome, need to pay another visit to Flamingo Land. That ending part reminds me of Colossus at Thorpe Park.
Yes, this is pretty much Colossus V2. It's better than Colossus in every conceivable way though!
@@XtremeCoasters well, Colossus is getting on a bit now, still rules though. Was just down at Thorpe Park last week, The Swarm is our fave there.
@@zombiemosher1139 Great ride. Just uploaded a Swarm POV 🙂
Hang on i really thought ride video pov was on a Thursday, i reckon this coaster should have been called lightspeed 2 instead, obviously lightspeed was located at Wonderland Eurasia, i wonder if that coaster had lapbars or over the shoulder restraints, what do you think?
It's usually a Thursday, but wanted to put this one live a little early as the coaster only opened a few days ago 😁 Yes, Lightspeed also had lap bars.
How did you manage to keep the camera clean through all the fog? I just saw the POV from Theme Park Worldwide and it was all blur and droplets.
It took a lot of effort 😂
It's amazing when you realize this coaster was the first second generation 10 inversion coaster to be fabricated, and it took 10 years for it to finally open to the public.
You would never know it sat in storage for so long, it's so smooth.
yes, originally for hopi hari in brazil
@@CentralJerseyRailfan Indeed 🙂
Amazing station 👀... also did those corkscrews before the giant quadruple roll hurt? they looked intense...
Not painful at all, this coaster operates with lap bars and is extremely smooth 🙂 The station is quite possibly the most colourful we've ever seen!
@@XtremeCoasters nice 😎
@@coastercreativity1432 It is however a tough one to film because of the water spray in the tunnels. Got tipped upside down over 100 times to get this POV 😂
@@XtremeCoasters I WAS ABOUT TO COMMENT "WOW THE CAMERA DID WELL WITH THE MIST" HAHA
@@coastercreativity1432 😂😂😂
Went onbthis yesterday no queue just walked on when I was there front seat fantastic
Lucky!
It’s similar to colossus but track looks way better and first drop is by immediate instead of round a 180 bend. Other than that they are identical
Pretty much. It's an overall better coaster though. Mainly due to a higher top speed because of the steeper first drop, along with the lap bar restraints.
i passed out three times on this ride, woke up upside down 😭
You spend most of the coaster upside down, so not suprised 🤣
@@XtremeCoasters such a fun ride though! i even got a bracelet to celebrate my ‘brave’ decision to ride this. i would definitely go on again :)
@@hqu-ux2jn omg did you really?! 😆😭
@@vvitillo04 yesss 😭
I went around flamingo land on a tour last year while it was shut for the winter, and when the guide told me there was no chain to pull the coaster up and it was a rope, I instantly thought of the big dipper accident in the 1930s, but its nice to see they incorporated anti-rollback tech still
Intamin cable lifts have been around for decades, and used on many coasters. Millennium Force, Intimidator 305 and Piraten (to name a few) all use the same cable lift system 🙂
@@XtremeCoasters thanks for the insight, I thought they were fazed out for chains instead as they had that anti rollback capability, so thank you for correcting me
@@HMSVanguard46 No worries. It's the first Intamin cable lift coaster in the UK, many were fascinated by it when we were at the park.
Just went on this on the weekend. It had its own gift shop and was smashing out 90s trance music. There was barely any que, So I thought it would be pants. Oh how I was wrong . My son and I got to sit right at the front. No messing about it shot up the first climb quicker than any ride iv been on. No clanky ratchet thingy. It was a smooth ride up to the top of the first climb and straight down with no time to think. The diving into steam was a nice touch and the Cork screw was the craziest thing I have ever been on. Best coster I have been on .
Awesome, we really enjoyed it as well 🙂
I love trance so was basically dancing in the queue line with some of the other riders in their 30's who clearly recognised the tracks playing. The flags gave it a festival vibe ;-)
Getting on and going up the lift hill to Tiestos remix of "Southern Sun" when she says "cos its easier to fly" gave me chills.
@@Arc_Luena yeah we went back this saturday to finish my sons summer holidays off. We where back in that cue again . My wife and I thought it was like entering cream in the late 90s early 2000s. Yes southern sun was on and gouryella. I think as we where setting of a the intro of a blank jones tune was starting . Ques are pretty fast on sik. But I wouldn't mind if they w longer , with a playlist like that . Me and the wife are in our mid 40s so we where prime time for trance . Plus I have written a few trance tunes in the past so it was heaven for me :)
Nice video
Thank you 😊
Dude I went on this today and it was sick!
I've been on that rollercoaster when me and my friends were on a school trip to Flamingo Land
@@ThomasthetrainspotterYT What did you think of it?
@@XtremeCoasters It was so cool when we went on SIK
i love that train
It's really comfortable :)
Went on this ride last week, those twist and turns at around the 1:30:00 mark is no joke lol you literally feel like you're going to fall lmao so SIK
The hangtime is crazy!
Looks like a smoother version of colossus at Thorpe Park
Very similar. It has a much better first drop however, and the trains with only lap bars make so much difference!
How was the new roller coaster sik at flamingo land theme park
It was amazing, we loved it. It's so smooth and never lets up. There isn't a dull moment!
Just went on it today it’s so much scarier than it looks but also fun
@rumpyyaboi We thought it was fun too 🙂
How do you feel after been on this ride? I might go on it for first time one day
Like I want to ride it again. And again lol
its like colouses at thorpe park
Only much better 😁
Those inverts, wow!! How did those last ones feel? Looked intense
You feel pretty disorientated 🥴😂
felt sick 🤣
@@Fatima-kc2br 🤣
@@Fatima-kc2br it might make one SIK
it was fun, not really scary. except that it feels like i was about to fall off XD
The drop feels massive when your on it but this show how small it actually is
While I do think a chain lift is better than a cable lift for capacity reasons (see "Problematic Rollercoasters: Millennium Force") and Colossus has a better setting, Sik is better in every other way. That first drop looks like it has some good airtime and whip.
These heartline rolls should last longer than the ones on Colossus because these have a spine.
IntAmIn knows how to make intense looping coasters with a wide variety of forces. Fahrenheit is better than most Eurofighters, and these megaloopers are better than most B&M loopers.
If only Fantasy Island spent £28 million on a large-scale IntAmIn looping coaster with lapbars rather than a Vekoma SLC.
Kinda wished I had a bit of patience to go on there.Looks super fun
It's a really good coaster, it's worth the wait :)
What happened to the 2nd train?
There's never been one since the coasters been at Flamingoland (as far as we're aware).
I’m gonna ride this tomorrow I’ll be back for a review
Have fun 😁
Finally a happy ending for her 🥲🥰
Indeed ❤️🙂
Nem fala 😢
So it’s basically Colossus but newer and smoother😂🤚🏼
Pretty much. The first drop is also totally different, resulting in a higher top speed.
Woah this ride is crazy hope America can bring something like this to a sixflags parks
They pack so much into a relatively small footprint, I'm really suprised they're aren't more of them built. They're pretty reliable as well.
@@XtremeCoasters actually I’m not 100% sure if a ride like this would be legal in the u.s could be wrong but most roller coasters here have 2 or 3 corkscrew loops and not 5 lol
@@UNRENDERED_ This coaster has a total of 10 inversions with only a lap bar holding you in place!
@@XtremeCoasters no I know it has 10 inversions it just looks way Different then what we have in America I don’t even think there’s a coaster that has 10 Inversions here in the states the total amount is usually no more than 7 or 8
@@UNRENDERED_ Ah OK, get what you mean. I believe 8 inversions is the most in the USA, but I might be wrong.
I came here today with my school and friendsss s SO SCARYYY
But still fun 😁
No one:
Flamingo Land:
Wanna ride Colossus without the head banging?
Yes, it's way better than Colossus 🙂
Thorpe Park: Wanna ride Colossus without headbanging without having to travel all that way, with a better setting than Sik, but with a worse first drop, over-the-shoulder restraints, and heartline rolls with no spine so they'll probably get rough again with a few years? Well, good news: We just retracked Colossus! Didn't make any other upgrades, though.
A copy of Thorpe Parks Colossus which is years old.
Kind of. This has a reprofiled first drop. It's much steeper, so picks up more speed. The trains are also new generation, so you only have a lap bar holding you in. The track is also different, so the coaster overall feels much faster and smoother.
🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴
i'm going on this ride on monday and i'm
so scared, what's it like??
It's great fun, nothing at all to be scared of 🙂
@@XtremeCoasters glad to hear!! i'm so excited 😁
@@prcttyy Pretty sure you'll love it 😁

You chose a bad day to have off!
10 inversions! That would make me Sik...
😂
Actually sat at the front it was fun but scary
We thought it was fun too 🙂
Ikr
It claims to have 10 loops, I counted 9....
Think you have miscounted 😉 Definitely turned upside-down 10 times on this one. Loop, inversion 1, cobra roll, inversions 2&3, double corkscrew, inversions 4&5, four barrel rolls, inversions 6,7,8,9, final barrel roll into the station, inversion 10 🙂
Last part look so dizzy 😵
It is 🥴
i was there on thursday i thought i was going to die
What happened?
@@XtremeCoasters It was going so fast i am surprised i was tall enough
@@corespeeds3599 Ah OK, so you were scared. It's perfectly safe. The more you ride, the more you'll get used to it 🙂
@@XtremeCoasters Nope i thought i was going to fall off because i am small
there is a lot of corkscrews lol 😂
Correct 🥴
@@XtremeCoasters 😂😂😂
Only 2.

This has so many invertians
10 🙂
That's so many😊
They got a lot out of very little there. I assume the lack of queues was because most people had seen the dummies fall out on TH-cam! 😄
😂🤣🙈 We went on Monday, so the whole park was much quieter 😜 It's an awesome coaster though, well worth heading to the park to give it a ride if you get the chance.
uguale ad Altair di Cinecittà world
Sì, è lo stesso modello di montagne russe 🙂
I giri che ho fatto lì sopra non si contano più 🤣
