Not many people know this but Frostbolt will never hit a Frozen target if possible because it Freezes and that effect tries to always dodge a character that is frozen. Nice deck really want to try it!

This deck is actually super fun because it's budget but if they can repeatedly deal with your board and soak the dmg with minions it feels bad.
