When a device wont turn on, it's usually either the part that interfaces with the user (power cord, interlocks and power switch) or the switched mode power supply. Since fuses blow for a reason, shorting the fuse and investigating the function is what we used to call "chasing smoke". The shorted / failing component will identify itself as the new weakest link. Good video.
Since both indications(AC, Battery) are working, we dont have to suspect the power cord. But yes! Fuses blow for a reason, and i checked for any weakest or shorted components, but found nothing👍🏻 in some cases shorted diodes or transistors blow fuses again and again. Thanks for your comment brother. It will help. Appreciate that❤️❤️
@@BetterBiomedChannel Reality is, if we try to explain how it is happening, it will end up with 2 hours of lecturing which peoples will get bored easily😂😂 So i hope they know the basics. And i am planning to make video regarding the basics of biomedical soon👍🏻

What is the resolution to the bad fuse? Did it get replaced?
I think 3A which already got replaced
@@MrBiomedical so it was replaced prior to this video?
Exactly, and the think is it was a slow blow fuse. So we can replace with a jumper wire but we have to make sure that its not a thick wire
Please demonstrate the parts and buttons used
