After recovering from COVID, I faced the problem of increased hair fall. To overcome this, I took some positive steps. I improved my diet by increasing protein and vitamin intake. I also started walking for 20 minutes every day and practiced a 10-minute daily meditation session to reduce stress. For my hair care, I used littleextra cocoonion hair oil twice a week, leaving it on for 5 hours before washing it off with littleextra’s natural mild shampoo and conditioner. Furthermore, I added amala juice to my morning routine. As part of my lifestyle changes, I decided to limit smoking and drinking, reserving them only for socializing once a month. The combined effort of these changes eventually led to a significant reduction in my hair fall. I am grateful to everyone for their support!

Ylang ylang essential oil is beneficial for people with dry scalp. It increases the sebum production.
For people with oily scalp, cedarwood or Clary sage essential oil will work well by balancing the sebum.
Rosemary is known as the queen of essential oils which helps in hair fall and regrowth.
MINE is a bit frizzy hair and I want to grow my hair length, is this oil beneficial for that
@@samaomar1529 Scalp would be different to hair type in most cases. So choose between them accordingly. Meanwhile peppermint or lavendar will boost your hair growth well. If you have split ends, add Clary sage to essential oil to it additionally.

Kalonji oil -50-60ml
Coconut oil - around half of the bottle
Rosemary oil- 15-20drops
Castor oil - 1/2 of kalonji oil
Fenugreek powder- 2-3tbsp
Can we use lavender oil instead of rosemary oil
