  • The new baby came into our family and just kinda opened the girls up allowing for them to make room in their hearts to love even more. My older girls are in that bickering teenage stage. I had a conversation with my girls yesterday about how friends are nice but they come and go. Siblings, they are forever and that relationship they should work hard on keeping in tact. As their mother, I think they are the best friends they will ever have. I told them if they are in a disagreement whoever is the oldest sister must go to the younger sibling and make things right. They must put their own objective aside to make things right with one another. (I’ve had to humble myself and do this with my sisters.) I won’t always be here to solve their differences, so I’m believing that the guidance Joe and I give them now will stay in their minds and be imprinted on their hearts.

Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, “Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me? Up to seven times?”
Jesus answered, “I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times.
