Use topical minoxidil and take saw palmetto. I wouldn't take propecia/finasteride. I have a bottle I got out of fear but I was just imagining a receding crown. Like you mines receded on the sides a little but I've always had a widow's peak anyway so I've had a hard time figuring out if it's receded. But now I take saw palmetto, and biotin. I need to get into the habit of using the minoxidil before bed. I hope we'll see technology that can cure balding in the next decade. I read a lot about propecia and decided against taking it. It sounds potentially horrible for you and some men get terrible long lasting depression from taking it.
Good luck, I'd just advise you to accept reality if that stuff doesn't work and shave your head. I went through the same thing, used all the best natural shampoos, minoxidil, vitamins, saw palmetto and stinging nettle, everything. In reality that stuff barely does anything, the people who actually benefit from it are a minority, and it's only for very specific types of hair loss. There's not much you can actually do unless you're rich and get full on hair transplants
For MOST men genetically prone to hair loss, all those companies selling minoxidil, finasteride, and supplements are selling false hope and delaying the inevitable.
Finasteride 1mg is for alopecia anything more than 1mg is for BPH - prostate. I've never seen a prescription for more than 1 mg a day.

This is one of the bigger TH-cam channels that's run for him, and the only one I watched for a really long time. Most of these clothes are like -- look at this normal ass looking clothes that cost x100-1000 more even though it looks the exact same as if you didn't buy name brand. Supreme Flannel? Like... you can get that for like $10 and it was probably like $2k. Fashion/art are such a waste of money imo. People defend art by like saying that it's about how it makes you feel -- but you can legit have someone copy almost exactly (or even improve upon) the same exact painting that costs millions for a small fraction of the price. No one would even be able to tell unless you did lab tests. Shit makes no sense.
