    It’s not just a beautiful spread, it was helpful and encouraging for me as I continue on the path to reaching my goal weight. That last quote “Persistence Not Perfection” is such a great reminder. SO true!

    I am so glad you posted this! Such an inspiration!! I also need to loose weight and haven’t been really dedicating a goal page to the effort. Doing this I think would help me focus on the goal. ❤️

      Idky but I read this as "Sugar daddy" with the hand raised like me! Pick me! 😂 Probably because I'm working on breaking my sugar habit too.

    The sugar addiction is real! I have to remember to give myself some grace when I've given in to sugary treats one too many times. I like the 80/20 rule under the nutrition section. Need to remember that one, for sure.
