when you spoke about Lucy jar it made me want to message you. We lost are Cat 9yrs ago and also had hear cremated as a way of helping our kids cope with the lost. She is in a cat ornament and had special place in the eldest's child at home room. when the left to go to university they past her on to the next youngest's and is now in our youngest's room at the moments. When they come home, even thought we now have two dogs, they go upstairs and say hello to her after say hi everyone else. I love that she is still a big part of our family .

Aww Lucy's urn is so pretty! Pet loss is hard well done for speaking about it, I work in a vets and know how difficult it is to deal with especially when children are involved xx

The urn for Lucy, wanting to be near her, having her cremated, all of the stuff you refer to as strange. Isn’t at all strange my love.
It’s lovely and wonderful. Dog people just get it, it hits differently.
I really cried when you lost Lucy, I’d never met her but she was part of the family. Those who are so deeply loved live in our hearts forever more.

Emma you are not weird,we lost our 12yrs old German shepherd just over 2 yrs ago I had him cremated and his ashes are with us at home along side his beautiful photo and his collar,we would not part with any of them ,and this may sound a bit morbid but we have said when we pass half his ashes will go with my partner and half will go with me we loved him that much,we now have a new doggie a cockerpoo called Finn absolutely love him to bits he brings so much joy and love so know how you feel ,anyway it was a great vlog Emma keep it up girl xx

We got our westie cremated when he passed. The vet gave us the ashes in a nice little remembrance case and to this day the ashes sit on my dad's shelf in his office. Not weird!xx

Love that Margo thinks she’ll blend in with the bed cover so no one will notice her.😂💕 that thing maybe a chocolate twist?? I lost my beloved shihtzu,Tia,six weeks ago,I got her cremated,and now she’s proudly on my tv cabinet with my other dog,Tilly.🥹

Aw my grandparents used to live near Merry Hill bless them & would take us a treat to their fave TKMaxx 🤍 I’m down south so never visit anymore since they passed but seeing it is nostalgic. Funny how something so generic for locals can mean a lot to others ❤️

I love TJ Maxx (TK Maxx) for plant pots. They have really good prices on them.
Also, my partner and I have a rescue pit bull named Ada (she was used as a breeder at a puppy mill then dumped at the shelter; it’s a sob story) and she loves squeaky toys but she is very afraid they’ll get lost or somehow disappear so when you give her one she immediately takes it into her kennel. She now has a hoard of squeaky toys in her kennel and when we get home and go to let her out, she’ll get all excited and start stepping all over them and making very excited squeaky noises! She doesn’t bark ever so that’s the closest she gets to an excited bark.

@@brummymummyof2 she is the best! She’s also a trained emotional support animal. She’s trained to do deep pressure therapy and can actually tell when people are upset without you needing to tell her. We would get her registered as a service animal, but it can be very expensive in the US.

We lost our labradoodle Rosebud 8 weeks ago today very suddenly at the age of 9, we had her cremated and I have I charm for my Pandora bracelet with some of her ashes and the rest is in a personalised wooden box , so your not alone and definitely not crazy . Xxx

Please don’t think you’re crazy! I have my last dog Herbies ashes in a hot water bottle cover on the spare pillow on my bed at my mums house! I couldn’t cope with him going outside. I think it’s completely normal and I’ll be doing the same with my dog now Hector when that awful time comes xxx

I have dog ashes in an urn my ex picked out. It’s kinda fugly so I like that you chose something pretty to look at and not a dark dim urn. I may change mine out also. My puppy in mine was like your Lucy was to you. Always remembered and one of the best loves of my life. Hope your kids don’t think you are crazy for having dog ashes when they grow up and clean out mum’s house 😂😂. I also have cat ashes I need to deal with and as she was an indoor cat but I wanted to scatter the ashes, I don’t know what to do with them. Another urn? How many urns can we have of pets and how morbid if someone asks what is in them all. My mom had taken ashes of pets and put them in a closet. When she downsized I’m not sure what even happened to them. So sad. Sending over a big hug for the mems of sweet Lucy. Loving seeing your little one now so happy at the end. She was looking up at you like mom really?! I can have it?! And then “you are the best!” So cute. You are an excellent caring person to all you come across. Plants, pets, family, friends and the world. You are a true angel in this difficult world. I hope your kids learn to be like you as well. And the shop was super fun. I like seeing what is in your home sense lol and tk maxx and your grocery stores and choices of things. And you got yourself a summer Rae Dunn. So cute. Also loved those sheets. You need them to spruce up your bedding but then will Stephen like them? Lol. So nice that you got them all snacks and treats. You are the friend I wish I had here. Happy summer. Oh and I’ve watched one other mom who is already anticipating back to school shopping as well and it made me laugh that it’s a universal mom heads up that it’s almost bts and mums smell it in the air. 😂
I have been to Merry Hill Centre before lots of times on the number 8 bus and it's a brilliant place to start your proper big shopping trip 🛒🛍️ tour because Merry Hill has lots of nice choices of shops to go that you like. 😊❤👍 HAPPY 2024
