Oh to be 16 again. I was raised Pentecostal got saved at 9 years old. (I don't remember a time I didn't know God or love him even Catholic when I made my communion) Few years later my parents had problems left the church. My aunt picked me up but then I wanted to be with my friends and that was it. High school. I got pregnanct at 18 and continued a downward spiral. I got water baptized in my 20s but I went back and lived with my boyfriend. I'm 50 (married now with five grown kids) and trying to catch up on my time with Jesus. My work for THE KINGDOM. Honey I'm so proud of you!! You have a calling on your life. I can feel it! ❤ stand strong NO MATTER WHAT AND HE WILL DIRECT YOUR STEPS. Brother David I appreciate your teachings so much, u know I'm from Jamaica, I got baptize at age 12 I'm 70 years ago now, still active in church, although I can't move very well, but lessing to you teach trough the Holy Spirit it blessed my heart and the teaching show me where I made mistakes along the way, I didn't have spiritual leaders that knew the words like this, they too were looking time to teach, and some time my ego took over and I started to do my own thing , eq,.disobaying the Holy Spirit , want to move at my time , but since the Lord allows me to get to this ministry I have learn a lot and can seek GOD on my disobedience , may GOD continue to bless you sir as you continue to abide in Him 🇯🇲🇯🇲

Today i went to a certain SDA church. There was a Bible study led by the church pastor. I was Listening attentively, the Pastor asked the church a question. While there, i had a coming out of nowhere admiration how the Pastor led the church as to how he asked the church for their attention through asking the church questions. Then Lord spoke to me very CLEARLY, He said, 'YOU DON'T BELONG HERE, YOU THERE( BEHIND THE PULPIT). I was so thrilled to hear this directly From the Lord. When i wake up inthe morning, I say, "Good morning, Abba!!" I'm not exactly sure what God has called me to do. Intercessory prayer seems to be one thing... But when people hear my name, I hope they think of love. God's love. Amen! And yes, Diga, before you said it, I said it: When I think about you, I think about the Holy Spirit! Hallelujah! I used to say, "Good morning, Holy Spirit!" But I found that the Holy Spirit prefers to draw less attention to Himself. And even Christ said to pray to the Father. That's why I say, "Good morning Abba!" But the Three are One, as we know. Oh, I love God! He is so wonderful! You know something, Diga? I experienced ego death once. I'm not going to get into that story. But I still want to kill my ego, often. I know that death to self, means spiritual rebirth. And I am continually trying to do that. But I also have this sense that emotions are experienced in the realm of ego, or the soul. And I have a fiery passion for God. And I have a great love for God's people. For all people, really. I'm struggling to figure out what of that is ego, or soul, or flesh; and what parts of that are spirit. The answers will come. The Holy Spirit is guiding me gently by the hand as I go, day by day. So the answers will come. But I haven't quite figured this out yet. Thank you for this message. 🙏🙏🙏

I usually always agree with everything you say in your teachings, HOWEVER, as someone who has worked in the service industry for years, specifically in the food industry, I want to explain this- we get upset when someone comes in 15 mins until close because #1- we (the servers, bartenders, cooks) have to start doing our closing jobs at least an hour before closing and so everyone is told by management to start our designated closing jobs an hour early so we are ready to leave soon after we close or at least so we dont have to leave two hours after we close like we would if we didn't start at least an hour before close. This is common practice in 99.9% of resturants and so when a party of 5-6 people come in 15 minutes before close and then proceed to sit down and have a full course meal from appitizers to deserts…. that adds another 30 mins- 1 hour because now the cooks have to take out everything they already labeled and put away, we have to brew fresh tea again if they want tea (because we already poured it out if no remaining customers were tea drinkers) and now have to reclean everything we already cleaned. 15 mins until close means everything is almost put away, cleaned and labeled. That. is why if you ever met someone who worked in the resturant business, they would never go to a resturant 15-20 mins until close and order food let alone walk in and sit down for an hour. We would never becuase we know how it is. I think no one understands how hard it is to work in the food/ resturant industry unless the have worked in it themselves. And yes, of course the owner of the store is more than happy to welcome a paying customer in no matter how close to closing because that is their business and that's their money. for a single mom like myself trying to get home on time to go to sleep so I can wake up early and take my girls to daycare then go to school then right back to work at night again just to survive…. yeah im a little upset when someone does that. Sorry for the rant but I felt a little upset when he mentioned about how us in the service industry are whiny babies. Some are, but most of us are the hardest working people youll meet and we sometimes have legit grievances.
Yes and it's not just a "this generation" thing either. I waited tables for years, about 15- 20 years ago. I still never go out to eat or to a store within the final half hour or hour they're open. I think it's a good thing that servers today are letting the general public know it's not polite to show up 5 minutes before closing & sit there for an hour ordering food. it should be common sense, but some people don't care. its not about "not wanting to serve", it's about serving all day, usually without a break, & not wanting to stay an extra hour longer than all your coworkers!

When i wake up inthe morning, I say, "Good morning, Abba!!" I'm not exactly sure what God has called me to do. Intercessory prayer seems to be one thing... But when people hear my name, I hope they think of love. God's love. Amen! And yes, Diga, before you said it, I said it: When I think about you, I think about the Holy Spirit! Hallelujah! I used to say, "Good morning, Holy Spirit!" But I found that the Holy Spirit prefers to draw less attention to Himself. And even Christ said to pray to the Father. That's why I say, "Good morning Abba!" But the Three are One, as we know. Oh, I love God! He is so wonderful!
You know something, Diga? I experienced ego death once. I'm not going to get into that story. But I still want to kill my ego, often. I know that death to self, means spiritual rebirth. And I am continually trying to do that. But I also have this sense that emotions are experienced in the realm of ego, or the soul. And I have a fiery passion for God. And I have a great love for God's people. For all people, really. I'm struggling to figure out what of that is ego, or soul, or flesh; and what parts of that are spirit. The answers will come. The Holy Spirit is guiding me gently by the hand as I go, day by day. So the answers will come. But I haven't quite figured this out yet. Thank you for this message. 🙏🙏🙏

I usually always agree with everything you say in your teachings, HOWEVER, as someone who has worked in the service industry for years, specifically in the food industry, I want to explain this- we get upset when someone comes in 15 mins until close because #1- we (the servers, bartenders, cooks) have to start doing our closing jobs at least an hour before closing and so everyone is told by management to start our designated closing jobs an hour early so we are ready to leave soon after we close or at least so we dont have to leave two hours after we close like we would if we didn't start at least an hour before close. This is common practice in 99.9% of resturants and so when a party of 5-6 people come in 15 minutes before close and then proceed to sit down and have a full course meal from appitizers to deserts…. that adds another 30 mins- 1 hour because now the cooks have to take out everything they already labeled and put away, we have to brew fresh tea again if they want tea (because we already poured it out if no remaining customers were tea drinkers) and now have to reclean everything we already cleaned. 15 mins until close means everything is almost put away, cleaned and labeled. That. is why if you ever met someone who worked in the resturant business, they would never go to a resturant 15-20 mins until close and order food let alone walk in and sit down for an hour. We would never becuase we know how it is. I think no one understands how hard it is to work in the food/ resturant industry unless the have worked in it themselves. And yes, of course the owner of the store is more than happy to welcome a paying customer in no matter how close to closing because that is their business and that's their money. for a single mom like myself trying to get home on time to go to sleep so I can wake up early and take my girls to daycare then go to school then right back to work at night again just to survive…. yeah im a little upset when someone does that. Sorry for the rant but I felt a little upset when he mentioned about how us in the service industry are whiny babies. Some are, but most of us are the hardest working people youll meet and we sometimes have legit grievances.
Yes and it's not just a "this generation" thing either. I waited tables for years, about 15- 20 years ago. I still never go out to eat or to a store within the final half hour or hour they're open. I think it's a good thing that servers today are letting the general public know it's not polite to show up 5 minutes before closing & sit there for an hour ordering food. it should be common sense, but some people don't care. its not about "not wanting to serve", it's about serving all day, usually without a break, & not wanting to stay an extra hour longer than all your coworkers!
