Why doesn't the world know about the Black Cat Bones? They really a some band. I am in Wales and up until now l i knew of S A's stunning wildlife, hunting and the Springboks but this band adds another brilliant strand to a fascinating country.
In the Mist of this Covid-19, I miss live performances of Black Cat Bones, Tidal Waves, Southern Gypsey Queen, the crowds. Beautiful smell of Zol. Booze, Love and happiness man.
Doesn't matter what these guys do....they are probably the premiere rock and blues band in SA. Loved em the first time I ever saw them in Swelledam. YOU GUYS ARE FKN AWESOME!!!
...........ah fuck not sure if I'm up for this tonight. Clip came up on my feed. Stopped......poured a single malt....put the cans on.........cranked the volume & tuned in. Masters at work. Always remembered Kobus. You made your mark Sir. Sleep easy.
saw them on thursday in the deep south andbest as ever when I first watched them at old up the creek. Very nice day also with Akkedis, minus Piet rip my friend. Even Robin Auld and Dave Ferguson pulled in. It was nice to see all the old musos get together. Cant wait for the next jam
This was one of the best moments in my music life... because I fell in love with your music it was amazing... thanks to oppikoppi you guys rocked my ears off... sincerely the raver who became a rocker thanks to you.
This song is a cover, an alternative version of Simone Felice's (The Felice Brothers) "Don't wake the scarecrow"... I think they did a good job. For those who love this song, I advise really to check out The Felice Brothers and Simone Felice's solo work... some really really good songs they already made.
I love the Felice Brothers. Met Simone at a concert he did with angie stone about 1 years ago. He jumped of stage and gave myself and wife a hug and thanked us for supporting him. An amazing person.
