Very good location for residence. Four lane highway near to it will make ISBT more closer to it. The only worrying think is your plot should not be near to Nala or Nadi.

Sihni wala area is good choice for future if it's in radius of 1-2 km from Shiwalik college.. Only the area near waste yard should be avoided.

Yes its good. Total pahadi locality. If you purchase plot there 2 years before you could easily get plot there at 13-15 k per gaz. But now its 19-23k per gaz… depending on location and size.

Investment purpose se accha hai..proper rehne layak hone me 5 saal ka wait Kiya ja sakta hai..future me 4 lane highway aane se , aur kafi colleges hone se acchi basawat hogi ..
