I think I saw a strap conger, pouting, cuckoo wrasse and of course, bream. Another cracking video and those cuckoos are stunning, tropical aquarium quality! Nice one, Wayne and thanks for sharing.
On a beautiful day in early September last year, out from Littlehampton, we were catching plenty of smooth hound up to 15lbs, but losing bait due to lots of quick small bites. So I switched to smaller hooks and bait, and caught loads of black bream. Between us, we also caught undulate ray, gurnard, mackerel, conger and dogfish.
Good video wayne, i have a boat and engine exactly the same as you, i go miles and miles in mine, would just like to know how far you are going as i see you carry 4 tanks don't think i could use 4 tanks of fuel with the engine running all day just a bit confused why you have so much fuel? 👍 Happy fishing
I've only ever used 3 x 22ltr tanks.. that's when wrecking.. so it's 35 miles out.. moving between wrecks.. often against tide getting there & back & if the forecast turns out poorer then they've said a cathedral hull uses more pushing slowly through a bad sea then planing faster on a flat one. I always carry a tank more than I think I need.. 😉
Thanks for posting the video. Please can you say what hooks and size you are using as I would love to catch a bream ? What type of ground am I look for to find Bream ? Many thanks
Ideally hooks from 1 to 1/0.. ragworm or squid works well. Ground wise Black Bream can be anywhere really but in Spring they look for sheltered ground that has a hard base with a light covering of sand that they can fan out a nest in. They hang around after that here on the South Coast & can be found in the harbours & bays often near structure. Hope that helps.
Hi Wayne, many thanks for your reply and information. I have just moved my boat down to Plymouth so need to find so marks that sounds like you have described. Thanks and keep sharing the videos. Tight lines.@@waynecomben7142
Hi Wayne, great video, just a question ? I just put my boat in and using the best fuel 97% Octane, how long can it stay in the tank, I’m always belt and braces so would always carry a spare can but how long is it ok for stored in the fuel can as I work abroad 5/5 weeks on/off, is there an additive I should be adding, thanks for your help. Grahame
I've used E5 in the past that's been 12 weeks in the tanks with no issues whatsoever. It has been stored well & I have a water separator fitted. You can add a fuel stabiliser for peace of mind.
@@waynecomben7142 thanks Wayne, I have added R12T water separator also, thanks that’s settled my mind as someone said if fuel is left in the tank after 5 weeks it can start to turn, my daughter will be gutted coz I kept pouring it in her car 😂
Great video loved the under water footage. Tight lines mate

Another good film, Wayne 👍 I don’t suppose you have any of those Ultimate Guide to Blue Shark Fishing DVDs do you?
Cheers.. unfortunately not.. it was a limited edition dvd..
@@waynecomben7142 ah, no worries. Thanks for the reply. Hope you and GP get out on a few sharking trips this year!🤘🎣

Yep.. both male & female..
Surprised to see you using 2 hooks on your rigs but they are doing the business for you. I’m watching carefully to pick up some tips. 😉

It's the new E10 that's the issue.. personally even though it says my outboards ok I'd rather not chance it.
