MANILA looks .more developed with alot of tall skyscrapers compared to L.A or Miami its CBDs like BGC or MAKATI is very upscale it looks like New York+ Singapore vibes.
BGC or Makati City are more clean than New York & more well planned city than Singapore

Actually the present government is now set on adjusting laws to favor foreign businesses to give better deals. Which was why big foreign businesses before chose other countries over the Philippines. Now we are getting ready to compete with other countries in Asia to attract new investors and businesses.

Not in makati. The place where he had his coffee is a condo and with business units. It is beside 1 of the premier hospitals in the country. Even for condos outside makati, I hadn't seen cockroah. Most condos in makati are new and you'll have many options. Perhaps it may not be easy for you to believe. As they say, even technology sometimes could not justify what eyes can perceive.
