Women Empowerment Desk (WED) under SARD, Department of Finance (CTA) is happy to release a Tibetan short film "Pachi" These short film is supported under the Program for Protection and Humanitarian Assistance for Tibetan Refugees in South Asia. The program focuses on raising awareness and changing attitudes that perpetuate GBV and SEA by building an enabling environment for these changes. It also works towards strengthening the community structures and referral system to prevent GBV and SEA in Tibetan settlements and schools. The short film "Pachi " focuses on the issue of substance abuse and how environment play a crucial role in cultivating certain behaviors in child. It also portray the importance of parenting in child's life and how parenting effects child outlook towards once life. Through this film WED aims to raise community awareness on various forms of GBV and SEA, the importance of overcoming it, available services for the same, etc.--
