Sher Afzal | A freedom fighter or traitor | Muhammad Irfan Irfan

In this session, Muhammad Irfan irfan saab discussed the life of a notable man, Sher Afzal, who was brother of the great Mehtar Aman Ul Mulk.
Sher Afzal's life is quite interesting, due to the fact that he has lived most of his life in exile in Afghanistan & has attacked Chitral twice. His significance in Chitral history is not all alone due to the reason that he wanted the throne, but also due to the fact that he challenged British rule in Chitral & warned them of severe consequences if they didn't withdraw from his land.
This confusion has always remained unanswered that either he was a freedom fighter against the British or he was an invader, who not only destabilised the Chitral state affairs but also killed the aristocrats belonging to his family & others who supported the sitting Mehtar of that time.
