Its easy! For everyone whos wondering how to do it you can follow the video but ill tell you too! :3 1. get the shocked eye any shocked eye 2. Get the straight eyebrow 3.remove the right eye 4. Go to other and go to hide then click the thing in the bottom and make the eye layer be first 5. Get the shadow And your done! Good job!
