Amazing game and I'd like to share with you some tips
1:45 : you could've recalled since the wave is pushing towards you and that will make your enemy "Garen" lose 80% of the gold and exp from that minion wave denial.
At minute 4:03 you successfully destroyed 2 tower Platings, at that time you should recall, because it's unlikely to happen that you can destroy the 3rd turret plating without getting ganked or attack by Garen who's for sure ahead of you in terms of items and you also have 3000 Gold to spend
At minute 6:00 you didn't have to waste your time chasing "Zed" especially when you didn't have flash and no available stuns to stop him, what you should've done is going else where on the map to farm or secure objectives or stealing the enemy jungle monsters if possible or at least farming minions so you maintain begin ahead of your enemy in terms of Gold and Exp
At minute 7:44 you didn't have to die in order to kill Zed especially when you have bounty over your head because remember, there're priorities, and the first one is unnecessary Death, it's a lost trade and unnecessary at all since you take less gold and your enemy takes more gold if you're ahead
At minute 11:40, your team decided to start taking down the "Mountain Dragon" but went after the enemy in unnecessary chase that wasted your time and of course when you Accumulate every minute you waste in the game going after enemies with no purpose you give them the time to get gold and experience and closely reduce the Gold and Exp gap between you and the them so remember to always take advantage of being ahead and finish the game as early as possible to prevent any possibilities for the enemy to comeback.
At minute 12:01, it's preferred after securing an objective to recall back to base and reposition on the map to see what's the next play but instead your stupid teammates not you, your teammates decided to fight the enemies from a weak position " the position when your team is chasing the enemies Like the have baron xD and the enemies are draging your team down into their part of the map where your stupid teammates don't have any Vision and ofc they can't dive under enemy tower and they're Vulnerable to any side ganks as you can see " Zed Killed Miss Fortune" easy side gank and when you see your team is taking a dumb decision just don't follow them cuz 90% of the time you'll die with them
At minute 13 why did you dive alone against 4 of the enemies, bro I like you so I won't call you stupid but pls don't take bad decisions like this one " don't chase the enemies especially when they're escaping to their part of the map and that's a disadvantage for you since you have no flash no vision and you're on their map so you're most likely to die trying, instead go push side lanes and farm since your ultimate can teleport you to your teammates if there's a team fight
At minute 15:26 you learned the lesson, you didn't continue fighting and chasing the enemies into their part of the map, Good Job.
At minute 15:55 also good Job ulting ur ADC to shield 🛡 her from Talon and also you saw, you win the fight because it's in your part of the map and the possibility that anyone will come to help Talon is most likely Zero so good job bro

If u hit ur e wait until the taunt duration end then use ur w bc when garen is taunted he cant use his q on you so using ur w while he is taunted is a waste and the same for yasou and yone

Sorry but it is just my little advice. Building titanic for Shen is kinda wasted since he has no AD scaling.
After buy HS, then straight buy Sunfire. Sunfire also scales with HP u get from HS. It has better wave clear and damage.
For the rest slots just buy defensive item u need.
P.S. because the change on Amaranth twinguard that reduces AD, building titanic in to Amaranth is not a good idea
