I swapped a hardbody cluster once and just pulled the pointer out. Drove the truck at 10mph with gps and inserted the pointer back on. Not sure if that pointer on the 720 would be able to come off.

I have a question for you about the cluster for my 1992 Hardbody d21. My cluster speedometer would stick and it sometimes would move when it wanted too. I drove like that for like 350 miles without a cluster. I took it out because it was my only form of transportation at the time. Since, then I reinstalled the cluster works now. Though my question is, is their anyway way I can get the exact Miles on the truck? Or just not worry about it and just go by the 3 first numbers on the cluster? Thank you and I always enjoy your channel!!!!
Put a balloon or glove tightly (with a rubber band) on your radiator cap and see if it inflates. Your engine could be sucking it in and blowing it out through a bad head gasket that isn't bad enough to be very apparent yet. (This is what I am dealing with except now I've graduated from your position to a very obvious bad head gasket

What are the cables coming from the cluster for? My cluster has 3 cables but it doesn't have a clock or a tachometer.
Indicator lights, etc. A bunch of wiring goes through there too, like for the cigarette lighter and radio
What's the website for the st gauge cluster? I've tried looking it up but am coming up empty.
I got the same cluster I swap to led they aren’t as bright idk why I know there a knob which I made sure and I got the bulbs that u got still no luck
That’s strange, mine is really bright. I have to turn down the knob a bit

On the z24 motors did you ever have no radiator hose pressure or do you know wat it could be.....
