Excellent video, I've referred back to it several times over the last couple of months to remind myself how to do object tracking! Something I would like to know is how to draw in tracking manually, I've seen that somehow I can make a row of tools appear, one of which being a pen tool which lets you draw in/amend the tracked path, but I'd love to be able to draw in simple tracking paths from scratch manually too. Thanks for the great guide!
SERGIO!!! No tienes idea lo que ayudo esto. We can use this in SO many things like cara transition videos and hyper lapses etc Why is no one talking about this!!?? Thank you! Gracias amigo!
za każdym razem nie wierzę, że szukam tego filmu, bo po co mi biegnąca typiarka, skoro chcę zrobic camera lock, ale jednak przydaje się jak cholera, dzięki
Thanks for the Awesome Tutorial, this is great!!! I have a clip of a motorcycle doing donuts in the dirt. I would like to stabilize the motorcycle and have the BG rotate around it, how would I accomplish this in Davinci Resolve Fusion?
Hey Mr sergio, hope you can help me...i came across to your tutorial , i tried this tutorial in a 1 minute clip of my friend dancing...the tracker looses hold becuase of fast movement, is there a way to manually do this stabilization manually? so i can track a certain movement from the and not the whole clip.
Hi N M, there is no budget to hire a voiceover, for now the tutorials will continue with this voice reader, if you prefer you can watch the tutorials on my other channel in spanish with english subtitles. (But I think it is much more difficult to follow the tutorial)
@@SergiomotaENG Hi my friend, I've seen that you've changed over to a normal voice over now- which is fine. BUT I have to say; IF someone's that impatient that they loose their interest due to a AI Voiceover; I don't know what to say. Your videos are so great, spot on- to the point, no intro, outro, sponsorship and all this kind of things that makes me 2x the speed of the video. I love your content, and I hope you'll continue to upload videos in an infinite time. This comment's coming from someone who's spent MONTHS of hours watching different TH-camrs making DaVinci tutorial videos, and I've find your channel to be the absolute perfect one. Much love. Thank you! Start a Patreon to further support the use of a real voiceover. I'm sure people will pay. I'm glad to say I was here before 2K subscribers, in the following months; I can imagine you'll earn 10K subscribers in no time.
@@SondreFormoLindheim Thank you very much Sondre! I'm really glad to read comments like yours. The issue of the voiceover was annoying to me, reading comments just talking about it in every video I uploaded, I didn't want the comments section to become a monotheme. The truth is that something like Patreon would be very helpful, but in my other channel I put the members of the channel, there were people who, as they paid, began to ask me for tutorials or personal questions, and in the end it was like having one more job, just to earn 15 $ per month, that's why I ended up removing it, I was stressed having that pressure. Right now I take it as an investment to improve the quality of the videos, if the channel goes well I think I'll be able to cover the expenses. Thank you again for all your kind words!
thanks first of all. unfortunatley the "text" node dosen´t work. I can connect it to the other node, but no writing is showing up when I type in something
I just did it, and everything is exactly the same, step by step... please don't make false comments, or at least check it thoroughly before commenting, as every time you claim it doesn't work, I have to personally review it. (I did it in version 18.6, and everything is 100% the same)

holy shit... i spent 2 days going over every single planar tracker tutorial there is... this was what i was searching for...

thank you sm for the help
Awesome !!
What is the difference between this method, or using the planar tracker? It does the same in my view but planar tracker gives more controll right?
I'm trying to do the stabilization effect in 360 camera footage as I track running dogs. So far I'm having no luck with the 360 reframe tool.
2:05 error apears " Last frame successfully rendered (none) " where is problem, PLS ?
Thanks
very well done. :))
So that's how it's done in those Dax music videos.
very useful
Is it for free version or the studio
free version, in the tutorials that I use functions of the Studio version I put it in the title.
Finally!
Is there a way to lock the tracking to only track the left-to-right movements and not the vertical ones?

Is this effect available in davinci free version?
Awesome, but how do you do this for vertical video?
quizás te funcione mi respuesta a @hansamandusriddervold3836

WOW!
Could you add an image instead of text to lock on?
The voice over makes this really hard to watch 🤦♂️

When I try this it tries to track the entire video instead of the one clip.
is this free feature?
Yes, you can use the planar tracker in the free version.
Works in free Version ? Or only pro ?😅
funciona en la versión gratuita
Nice video, however the voice over is not suitable a tutorial, it's more for documentary or TVC.
in resolve 18.6 everything is different and anything works...
I will check just in case, but I believe it's the same; a few weeks ago, I used this function, and it was exactly the same.
