My 38-year long haul career at KQ

In 1984, Alice applied for the position of check-in clerks (now customer service agents at the airport). However, when the letter of appointment came that December, she had been accepted as an in-flight attendant. She didn't even know what the position was about and had to consult a family friend who worked at KLM. That is when she knew it involved flying.
