I'd split that press lid with a hinge system which would obviously require 2 more clamps. I ordered Kydex and all the hardware needed to press a holster for my CZ P10/Olight mini 2 combo. Great video
That would probably work. I’m just trying to keep it simple as the kydex cools quick. I really haven’t had any issues with it but everything can be improved lol.
@@Foxbodys4life I'm going to attempt a fold over for the czp10c with the valkyrie mini 2 in a few days. If you have any tips or hints I would greatly appreciate it
@@dilldowschwagginz2674 just keep the kydex hot lol. Kydex is pretty forgiving. So if you mess up just reheat it. And trim large for your first few. I like to cut around the grip also so the kydex forms around the frame better.
Work on the shape to contour my waist better lol. The pancake ones I have made have been perfect and super comfortable. But those are really only IWB. I also think I’d go more vertical on the position of it. More for use and less for conceal ability.
Brandon Thomas I had some balsa wood laying around and cut it into strips that fit. I actually just made another video that I have not edited yet making a fold over IWB holster for my uncle. He bought the same light for his S&W SVE9.
From my experience if you have good kydex, you can reheat it and press it 2-3 times before I wouldn’t use it anymore. I use .08 thickness to make them rugged and it can be reheated a few times.
Is this safe for the polymer of the firearm? I'm about to make myself a holster and I don't have a blue gun or anything and I just got my gun a few weeks ago... I'd hate to warp the grip or anything.
Daniel Reids I haven’t had any issues. I keep an empty mag in to be safe. I have made 5 without a blue gun just fine. I do blue tape the entire gun that makes contact with the kydex.
mark villanueva lol, yeah. Because I swapped out the belt loops for the paddle attachments, I had the belt loops laying around. Figured I put them on this one.
I just payed $150.00 for mine because it was the only company I could find that made one for my M&P 5" with the Balor mini 2. How much did you make that for? It looks good, great job!
Well the materials were only about $40. But that’s because you have to buy all the screws and rivets in bulk. After that, I can make a taco holster for about $15. The set up is what gets you. I made a taco style that I use everyday for my 320 and when I bought the Baldr mini it just required a small heat treat to expand the light pocket a tad for it to fit.
This guy said "oven mitts are for wusses...I'll just use these utility gloves". Can't be any different from me reaching my bare hands in a skillet to flip grilled cheese sandwiches
Lol, actually the utility gloves are fine. The kydex is hot but you can handle it without any issues. I’ve never been close to uncomfortable temperatures with them.
Dude simplest video yet. I dont need a conesour i need a diy guy. Nice set up
I really like yr setup. The towel is genius! With that, the neoprene will not wear out as quick and often - good thinking!
Awesome video! Nice to see a fellow member of the Demolitia!

Not sure if you check or not but I have a video showing me making a taco/fold over holster on my channel also. Didn’t think about it until now lol.
Love the shirt, buddy!
Thanks for video gives me ideas on my setup but what would you do differently?

Real nice bro!!!! Thanks for the video!!!
I have a tan m18, and my gunshop only had a black light. If this wasn't 2 years old I'd say let's trade lol
Lol. I actually ordered a black one and they sent the tan. It’s been a great light, still rocking night hunts.
Demolitia !! 😉
*04:00** Kydex show starts*
I bought a olight great stuff
Turned out nice man. Are you using piecing of popsicle sticks to block off the ejection port?

Looks great! Thanks for the video. :)
Donde consigo las replicas de armas, saludos 🇨🇱
could you just drill the rivets out and reuse the kydex?

I’ve made 2 with my 320, 1 with a Ruger 380, 1 with a Taurus PT111 and 1 with a S&W SD VE 9. All did great with now issues.
@@Foxbodys4life Fantastic. Thank you very much!
Where to buy from u ?
Message me on my FB page. www.tlholsters.com. All links can be found there.
Where do you order your kydex sheets from im convinced nobody makes the olight molds 🤣
I get them off Amazon. Prime gets them to me in a day 😂. I’m fairly certain there isn’t any Olight holsters out there.
@@Foxbodys4life yeah i gotcha i was thinking they were something similar to a tandy leather company, ill check Amazon what did you use for blocking
@@jeremyswan1446 I just use balsa wood and dowels. Then use blue painters tape to hold it all.
What kind of tape is that?
Regular blue painters tape.
Great video, need more volume
Nice Bro! How's the light durability? I'm planning to get one.
ManVic Productions not a single problem. I love it. It’s super bright and built well.
They are great got them on all my pistols and the larger ones on my rifles
Augustine Hadlow I run this one on my AR when I’m going after hogs at night. I don’t run in continuously but it works just fine.
Are those by any chance bravo concealment belt loops?
