If Delta Lake can perform point in time queries how does that work with data scrubbed for GDPR or CCPA reasons? Will the data still be present?
The data will no longer be present when scrubbed after a VACUUM command is performed. See: docs.databricks.com/delta/delta-utility.html#vacuum
