His body is moving out of sync because they're is a latency (or lag) issue on Omegle that gives a few seconds delay between when you say something and they see it, so they are reacting a few seconds late compared to what you are saying AND you are seeing their reaction an additional few seconds later than that.

In guys defense, After like 95 omegle bars I've never seen anyone move to the beat. its always a half beat off, so i think there is a delay maybe in the audio video connection or caused by post production. Maybe...

maybe it's already been mentioned so sorry if repeating, regarding the dude dancing off beat, there is a measurable amount of lag between what we see from Harry's feed and the video of other side of the engagement. It's inherent in any two-way comm over the internet and generally a video feed only exacerbates the issue. It's one of those weird things that even though I know it to be true, I have to constantly remind myself in real time that everytihng has a delay nowdays.
That said, i do agree with you that he's high, there is a brief clue when he appears on screen. If you know, you know.

I totally get why y'all skip and just go straight to the bars - especially if you are here for the bars! But simply put, if you listen to some of the interactions before, the bars are 100% BETTER. I think people might just get frustrated as they want you to get the full/maximum experience watching you guys react to things.
