as a dancer i was shocked as to why they played a hip hop music for the third round they shouldve played a genre that didnt cater for any of them cause it was more advantageous for the guys than the ladies. i wouldve personally voted for the ladies but obv msot of the judges are hip hop dancers so they picked them lol
You said what I was thinking. Diablo has no flow, constant stop and starts - I hate that kind of dancing. He's doing moves instead of dancing. I think in Allstyles battles there is a bias towards hip hop and popping and other styles have to do so much more to win. Also, because waacking is a feminine dance, there is even more of a bias against it - people think it's cute but don't take it seriously. I hate props but Waackxxxy and Yoonji did a lot better than Diablo and Stal. We need professional judging systems in big battles like this one - the judges should be using pre-determined criteria and there should be a score for each one (E.G. execution).
This seems soooo rigged to me. Diablo already partnered before in the event with Nike that had the 5v5, it just looks like a pat on the back kinda event for him here.
There's this thing with lesser known (mainly asian) events inviting more prestigious and seasoned dancers from the west and giving them the win just because theyre better dancers overall career wise and not because they did a better battle at that particular time (ahem kirin vs spider) and i do not get that
You have a point but I dislike this narrative particularly in the context of Kirin and Spider, people acting as if it's a complete robbery. The match was pretty close and I wouldn't have been mad if Kirin won the first two rounds but the draw was fair. Spider won the tiebreaker handily. I've been watching Kirin for a long time and as good as he is as a dancer I have some opinions about his style and his approach that makes me think why the judges eventually preferred Spider in that matchup. Funnily enough he has already been accused of being a Diablo copy a few times! Y'all are getting carried away with the hype. There are more egregious examples we can think of. We can disagree with judges, even those who know far better than we do because dance is still a subjective artform but I prefer people approach it from an angle of wanting to understand the judgment better than accusing judges of bias or politicking. As for Diablo and Stalamuerte I'm also seeking to understand. They've been winning a lot of competitions left and right for years now and I've also questioned some of those decisions but I still find it hard to see "politics" or "bias" because not every event they've won are even related to Red Bull in sponsorship or judging (other than Nelson and Neguin here) and Red Bull has other more marketable dancers than these two.
@@israfil-8181 i also understand the draw but the match before it was nowhere near close. It should have never went to a draw in the first place because it was 2-0 for kirin. And i understand that each judge has a different approach or different criterias when judging, i also understand it can be way harder to judge when two completely different dancers from different genres are up against each other. But my point still stands with how i thin the judges consider the dancer as well and not the dancing.
I saw this battle as sooo one sided. so when i saw it go to the other side from every judge, my mind was just blown. I'm just thinking there had to be a degree of politics or something because to me there's no argument for how diablo and stalamuerte winning this. In otherwords. a robbery took place
Yoonji is a genius I just love my girls so much Rather clearly should’ve won even tho I’m about sad it there was a it miss up & less synced Than they were last time
Folks got it wrong saying Diablo hasn’t evolved. He’s actually devolved. If you watched him from 2016-2019 he was a much different dancer with a bigger repertoire. Now he seems like a guy that just runs through his hits. More than anything, this was a weird battle format; wasn’t feeling it.
@@Kel_TheArtist Probably not. But I would assume you'd want the best to represent your company/brand. He just seems lazy to me now. I believe other dancers should have been signed over him.
Not impressed with D&S in other battles either. Why do they win? I don’t think they are together in their routines. I think their routines are typically a flop. I don’t like that Diablo stops/pauses in his dancing. I don’t understand either. Lost.
So glad i found this video, because i thought i was the only one who thought that was a crazy decision. Love Stala & Diablo but..... I genuinely thought Waackxxxyy & Yoojin won
Them girls won not by a lot but I feel they had both rounds! They did just a little more then team Diablo and you sure right about Diablo, he has many of the same tricks in his bag so much so that there literally predictable.🤔 these dancers nowadays have way too many signature moves throughout their dance, and not enough style and flow within the dance… That’s why from me is very much more enjoyable, watching Popping so much detail, technique, precision, grove and flow. Just my opinion.
Honestly Waackxxxy and yoon ji took it imo and i think the final round was a draw. It felt like stal and diablo were jus not the vibe even though it was hip hop music
For real bruh right now when you watch battles don’t even try to understand the winner or the loosers cuz its too biased especially in the places where dancers are famous. But yeah they don’t care about dance in the battles they rather see you put on some deodorant on beat 😂 but yeah obviously they should have won
I've given up on the concept of " dance ", I spent way too much of my life evaluating, trying hard to put things into perspective. When in reality there's no perspective I can come up with, THIS isn't dance, and it never will be. Once majority of the old heads die out there will be nothing to look forward to, no one wants to be an underling, and the issue is, the more people see this trash win competitions the more they'll deviate from structured dancing. Why would anyone train for 10+ years developing their craft when there's no dividends? There's just a select few individuals who are entertaining while maintaing dance, and if you can't combine the two, then you might as well put all your eggs in one basket (being entertainment). I used to love watching dance and dancers, but I'm so over it. Even with your positive outlook and creativity, who has made dancing 10x brighter, but even with all the knowledge and understanding you've given me, dancing is dim and it will continue to dim until there's no more light left. Names matter, selling tickets matter, when money is involded no one is going to convince me that A NAME won't benefit someone's pockets. The big names sell out shows, so people should quit telling us that someone doesn't win based on the merits of their name. That's literally why you make a name for yourself to ALWAYS be credible, that credibility factors into people's perception's of what dancing is instead of looking at it objectively.

More waackxxxy and yoonji. Their individual battles are welcomed as well 😭🙏🙏
Wacky and yoon was robbed! I had them 2-0 no way

yessss!

That Decision was straight booty. Waackxxxy & yoon ji were robbed badly. I thought they won all 3 rounds
The Waackers definitely won to me, in my opinion.
We needed someone to speak the fuck up!!! Shit's been going on for too long
"I got a hot pocket in my pocket"😂😭
these 2 girls bodied everything clear W
im so mad, it wasnt even close. Absolutly agree about diablo
“They can’t keep getting away with this! They can’t get away with it!”
flashback to juste debout 2019...
I think Diablo and stalameurte might be sucking the judges off behind the scenes because all 5 is actually crazy no diddy

This battle and it's judges outcome was.... interesting LOL Would like to know what the judges thought here
they ain’t now way diablo and stala won bro 😭

I got a stroke after seeing the judges decision
Doc been giving 💎✨ since he got back his equipment, long live the Palace [M]
Long live the Palace
I think Diablo and stalamuerte might be giving the judges head behind the scenes cause all 5 is actually crazy no diddyb
20:12 nearly made me spit out my drink
Dadadadada STOP hadadada HA, I got a hot pocket in my pocket 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
The beat was so good ma boi looked at the ceiling 🤣🤣
Yoonji is a genius
I just love my girls so much
Rather clearly should’ve won even tho I’m about sad it there was a it miss up & less synced
Than they were last time
Diablo struggles to grow his vocab. His side steps are overly used. I'm absolutely shocked he's even signed to RedBull.
do yall think redbull is gonna evaluate his vocab with how they run their events?

Somebody got the 5 finger discount
This was a weird ass battle.
Thank you metalpremier.
Yeah, not a fan of the prop but that judge outcome was hella confusing to me
Not impressed with D&S in other battles either. Why do they win? I don’t think they are together in their routines. I think their routines are typically a flop. I don’t like that Diablo stops/pauses in his dancing. I don’t understand either. Lost.
Naming the kids D&S is crazy 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Could you please do the the final of this tournament, which is Popping C&Zyko vs. DIABLO&Style C?
3:39 he mad funny for that lmao
pop off doc 🤣
Feel like if Waydi Or Majid had Sta 1st it would be seen as a dope round
So glad i found this video, because i thought i was the only one who thought that was a crazy decision. Love Stala & Diablo but..... I genuinely thought Waackxxxyy & Yoojin won
i wonder if the use of prop hurt WAACKXXXY & Yoon Ji even though it was used well. regardless, love them, always excited to see them 2v2 or solo
But they use SO WELL
& what yoonji did was HARD
Out of her comfort zone
Them girls won not by a lot but I feel they had both rounds! i can see that. i personally think it was 2-0 waackxxxy and yoon ji but what i can't see is diablo and stal taking every round
laugh wan keee me🤣😂
This battle is as fraudulent as the last one. Not even a single orange?
