I really enjoyed this episode it was lighthearted and fun with some weird moments! I do agree with some points you made. Pros: Barry saving Joe scene was AMAZING!! I love seeing Barry in slow-motion saving the day with no flash suit. The speed force made him much stronger which makes Barry action sequences more exciting to watch! The risky business scene was giving me LIFE!!!! It warms my nerdy heart to see my boy Barry dance and sing with no care in the world. I really LOVED Gypsy and Cisco scenes they are the best couple on TV right now. I believe and support their love!!! Upgraded Iron Flash suit reminded me of Spiderman homecoming iron spiderman suit was hilarious (Cisco voicing the suit was funny and yes soothing lol)! Naturally, I laugh a lot at Cisco for overthinking the suit. The self-destruct feature was insane but I totally get it due to the evil Barry storyline. Cons: Gruesome death scene in elevator I had to turn my eyes away it was unnecessary scene Couple therapy was funny but then it got extremely uncomfortable Barry joking about his dead parents was disturbing to me. I do blame the speed force for making him weird. I hope they correct Barry! I do like cheesy corny happy go lucky Barry its delights my heart but their needs to be balance he shouldn’t be smiling or jokey about those he loved that died. It's not a natural human emotion. They need to fix Barry I want him to take it seriously when it comes to heavy issues but still have that optimistic outlook like he was in season 1. Just one nitpick but I really loved this episode !!! I do look forward to more Flash!!! Have a wonderful week!
When Barry ask Iris what should I do he suppose to know, what to do to stop these gadget in his suit that Cisco buit in that flying out. Also I still think Barry brain is abit scrambled still since he been out the speed force one moment He speak rubbish that nobody understands, he talk about the past to future because He was hallucinating and confused seeing things all at once In speed force on S4 E1 but the past to future was real the things he said on S4 E1, your Honor, I haven't kill anyone, I'm innocent. Which was directed in Barry future of killing someone maybe by defense or accident in Flash Comics, Barry kills Reverse Flash for trying to kill His wife Iris and S1 we did see Barry's in dark hole breaches to go back in time to saves his Mom and in one of those breaches Barry saw his future self in prison talking someone behind the glass window on phone talking to someone. At Comic con the Flash casts said Barry will has knowledge to be smarter than he ever was before, but first his brain will be scramble that he wouldn't understand, which means he won't listen at first like he use to, that He will mess Up and being confused, that he wouldn't understand at first. So Barry brain is still kinda scrambled which is why He seeing things that don't makes no sense on Flash at the beginning so He's brain still kinda scramble. Barry was in speed force for six months but for Barry as a speedster it seems like a thousands years in speed world for him however Barry doesn't remember what happened to him, in speed force world, ever since His mind been trigger back to normal sort of, his eyes flickers into lights to save Iris. So we may see a different sides of Barry one minute He's was talking rubbish crazy about the past to future, another minute he's happy, but doesn't listen and usually Barry always a good listener sure he have mess Up Flashpoint on S3 but Barry always been a good listener especially to Iris and this S4 E2 doesn't seem much like Barry to me, sure he was happy but lil too much happy instead being normal understanding is really confused choice. So I'm thinking maybe this coming S4 we may see Barry happy, next day sad, other day angry and lastly his brilliant smart mind at end final S4.

The Suit was trash.... Wally's hair is confusing, but honestly people complained about The Flash not being hopeful so they wanna make it more upbeat!!! I guess that's why he is the way he is now. Yes omg IRIS OUT OF EVERYONE KNOWING HE NEEDED TO SHOCK HIMSELF. they trying to give her more to do. It's annoying

Pros:
