I solved step 6 by removing the two screws and rotating the roller the opposite way vs what is shown in the manual. When the hooks align with the screw holes put the screws back and tighten up.
And now I see that they rotate the roller opposite vs the manual in the video too.

On the 6th part the metal hook wont click

How you put the iron in the middle
Loosen the screw a bit, so the iron bends more. Tighten the screw once the iron is in place.
How much weight can this thing hold?
They made it look so easy took us an hour
Great couch though. Best we ever had!
