figure out your daily caloric needs and track everything you're eating. also consider adding some extra exercise to your regimen. For example, I added stationary bike 6 days a week on top of running and gym and that gave me a ton of flexibility with my nutrition and allowed me to burn fat much more easily.

I'm currently doing the Athlean X Bruce Lee Dragon workout. I actually like this one so far because it has a decent balance of compounds, conditioning, and abs. In addition I'm also walking as well. I don't think I'll be 100% where I want to be in 30 days but I'm at least hoping by July. The biggest challenge for me is the dieting portion because a lot of times I am on the road with my job. But when I stay local I'm way more on point than when I have to drive long distances.
Dw bro ull be fine. The issue is people put these habits into a temporary mindset, it has to be a lifestyle change. Then if 80%+ of your weekly calories and meals are from healthy whole foods, your working out and doing ur cardio .. if you have a couple muffins or your favorite takeout once a week you'll be fine. Just get back to normal routine the next day and do your best. Don't be hard on yourself. Coming from someone whose been training and good with nutrition for years. Best of luck out there brother 💪

The trick for me personally is not your mothers Apple cider vinegar liquid and also not your mother’s apple cider vinegar pills 💊 also. I drink the apple cider vinegar 3 times a day and the pills once in the morning with my Apple cider vinegar. And it helps for me .

I do ab work before my cardio, i do jump rope after. You can do treadmill, stair master, rower etc etc. but definitely ab work before treadmill.
