Great to see you back! The glasses look great on you. I had to get glasses a few months ago and I am having a really hard time getting used to them. I had always had 20/20 vision and now I not only had to get glasses but they are bifocals. Do you have any advice on how I can get used to them? 😊
Hi Laura! Bifocals can be a hard adjustment for some people. The doctor that I worked with would always suggest getting the best possible progressive that you can afford. It really makes a difference in terms of blending the segments together. If you have to get a lined bifocal, make sure your segment height is set appropriately so it's not too low or too high in the way of your vision. Sometimes people can't tolerate bifocals and it's just easier to have two separate pairs of glasses, unfortunately.
