Ingredients:
800 g chicken
( for brine the chicken : 1 tbsp salt + 1 tbsp vinegar + chicken merged into water = keep aside for 1 hour then wash it nicely )
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black salt
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp crushed chili
1 tsp chili powder ( optional )
1 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chat masala
1 tbsp gram flour
1 tbsp corn flour
1 egg white ( optional ).
red orange food color ( optional )
GREEN Chutney:
1 handful coriander leaves
4-5 green chillies
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
