I think the kitchen extractor is one of those new-fangled anti-pollution models. So it includes a compressor and pong-cylinder so you can create tanks of fried onion scented air! Which is brilliant, unless you're a scuba diver who picks up the wrong tank.
That was quite enjoyable Spanj. You manage to transform what look's like a crackhead den into a nice cozy house. Quite satisfying once u get everything done. Would like to see more flippin house flipper 👍.
Laminated flooring is the worst, especially if you have Aluminum foil over the floorboards (and grounded), Chipboard over the Aluminum, 10Kg Roles of soundproofing over the Chipboard, Shielded insulation over the soundproofing, then try the god awful laminated floor. (It's a nightmare to put down)
Speaking of the summer sale, I can personally suggest 2 dirt cheap titles with high chaos potential. Viscera Cleanup Detail would follow house flipper nicely, and Windward.
Least they got the cheapness of the buyers right. Just sold my old place and most of the potential buyers wanted a $150,000 place for $100,000. Want all the updates and stuff but not pay for them.
LOL I don't like decorating my own house LOL but looks like a nice relaxing game to do as and when and like you say in the steam sales a good value for ££
I played house flipper for a while and it was OK, but then they started with all those DLCs. I can understand a DLC to landscape the garden and add plants, but a DLC just to cut the grass? At that point I lost interest as I realised the developers had decided to cash in on their initial success and squeeze every last penny they could out of people that had bought the base game and I didnt want to support that
