i listen this song more than 10 times a day and still my thrust to listen and watch these scenes is same. it takes me to the 70s in my GONDAL BAR Village where MAILA of BABA Saee Muhammad was celebrated on every 9th saawan (punjabi month name). that Maila was almost like this and i cannot forget those scenes in my 50 year of age. the great movie of great punjabi culture .

They have taken lehnda dance and put it in a east punjabi themed movie...unless the theme of the movie is based in lehnda punjab where jhummar is performed........the dholas are west punjabi as well.......majority of the men wore chadras in the 1940s and turbans were very diiferent .....i hope that the directors and researchers did proper work for movies.....men when going to melas tied phummans on the arms....had khanthas and earings........dont want to give all the details
