His quest is 10/10 prepare for emotional damage. And I wouldn't say it's very long, it's like the same as all other quests
12:17 Electrocharge makes it so both electro and hydro is on the enemy at the same time, so you should always be swirling both.

The fact you keep mentioning attack in his artifacts as a good stat for him
Atk for neuvillette has the same value as defense

I recommend you use hp circlet instead of crit dmg circlet because for him its actually hp>crit dmg circlet
low HP - i don't have a signature, but mine HP=37k - HP is really good to him: more HP = more damage
Mine has 34k HP and 318 CD with 144% ER.... Issue is i have no way to get more HP without ruining my stats. I did try 42k HP which is about 4k less damage then my normal set up.
... Is nice hitting 12k damage on non critical hits
Atk is useless on him unless you mainly use his NAs

The story quest is excellent, as are the design, VAs & general characterisation in game. Sadly the combat is not engaging at all, so Neuvi is on my 'maybe later' list. This from someone who has triple crown Raiden & double crown Keqing, Ayaka, Kokomi & many others. We like what we like so at the end of the day you do you, play how you want to & don't buy the hype. Thanks Kevin for sharing with the community & I look forward to your excitement at raising Furina, even though I'm giving her a hard pass.

I think you are doing your rotations wrong. Try neuvi E > kazuha E Q > kirara E > fischl E
