This really hits hard each time I hear the lyrics, I’ve been addicted to getting high for 8 years ish, just weed. But I remember when I first tried smoking weed when I was young I thought it was such a good feeling why would I ever want to be sober for doing anything, it’s always better high...now years later I’ve struggled with mental illness and my overall health really isn’t good. My life lately has become dull and uneventful, when Mac says those lyrics I can understand what he means, when your high every day, “everyday feel like the best day ever” you’re so used to always being high, and you no longer enjoy life being high or sober, “...till’ everyday feel like the best day ever...you used to them days, kinda become a routine...” RIP Mac never thought you’d go so soon 😔

This song has been there for me when no one else was. We have been through a lot me and mac. I used to listen to this song all day years ago and just recently thought about it again. I am in a different place in life. Sober, have a career, and am happy. It makes me cry to think what i was going through back then. But I am happy and proud that I came out better to the other side. There is always a way to come back from whatever demons we are fighting. I still struggle till this day. But mac miller makes it a little easier. Much love to who ever is reading this and feels like they are at the end, dont give up. Focus on it one day at a time and keep inching your way to the light. I promise you will get there.

I was listening to this an hour ago, today it reminded me at the time that I knew this ... year 2013 even as a kid I dreamed big even though I didn't make good decisions everything helped me get ahead .. I always wanted to listen to your music at a concert but that didn't will never happen. I didn't listen to Mac much before he passed. I knew who he was, but I thought he was just another rapper and I never bothered to look into him. I started to listen to him a lot when he released Circles. He has had such a positive impact on my life in the short time I've been vibing to his music. He was such a talented, funny, down to Earth dude. Fly high Mac, thanks for inspiring me to better myself daily.
