I'm so glad that all of Trina's friends are in her corner. They know who she is no matter how sneaky and conniving Esme may be. And Spencer still thinks it was her no matter what he says.
I have to say, I can't say I'm not a little cautious, BUT, I THINK, my view of Spencer is starting to bend, and that he DELIBERATELY and MOSTLY moved in with his Dad to be near Esme. I THINK Esme, HONESTLY is starting to REALLY SHOW her cards SO MUCH and is SO BLATANTLY OBVIOUS...that NOW.... ALL IT'S DOING IS SEWING MORE and MORE SEEDS of DOUBT in Spencer's mind, and he wants her close, NOT so much to protect her from "From big bad Sonny," BUT more to be KEEP her near b/c this girl is SHOWING HER "TELLS" WAY TOO MUCH and IT'S THE SAME BULL over and over and over again!!!!! I HOPE I'm NOT in for a huge disappointment however with Spencer?!?!? It's STILL glaringly obvious, that she is playing Nikolas, and Nikolas is SO NAIVE!!!!! I HAVE to say it would kinda be POETIC JUSTICE and an AMAZING TWIST, if suddenly and stealth like, that AVA and SPENCER would start to team up!!!!! B/c he should know how Ava feels about Trina and loves and believes in Trina!!!!! AND sees Esme, exactly for who she is. You know the other saying, "The enemy of my enemy is my friend." SO...I'm suddenly...intrigued!!!!!
@@tammyboon6259 the thing is he hates ava more then he believes trina i think Esme pushes his buttons but thats why he likes her 😂 he may be interested in trina but there's no way they get together now 😂 especially since esme gonna find a way to make that test say positive then "lose" the baby at the most convenient time since she's living there now she may fall down the stairs with ava at the top 😂 and since ava said esme would be punished it'll look like she's gone back to the dark side 😂

Mm-hm, even the way he answers her questions are a dead giveaway. "I'm the last person Trina wants to see" rather than actually answering if HE wants to be there. Esme is quick (manipulaters def are), so he has to stay on his toes. Mentally evading her scheming mind for months must have exhausted that boy, but then no one asked him to do all this in the first place. And again - body language. He is practically leaning forward on his feet, HE DOES NOT WANT TO BE THERE. His body wants to be near Trina, but he is convincing himself he has to do this for her. "You can't stop Esme from bringing up Trina, she's obsessed" and the look on his face. No, girl, you lost him. He's gone. He's Trina's.
I am impressed by Nikolas. As angry as Spencer is for the past, Nikolas is trying to make up for his mistakes with his son. As much as I hate that its on the side of Esme, I am happy to see them redeeming Nikolas a little bit as a father. Their relationship is far from perfect but he is honestly standing by his son in a way he didn't in the past. I hope the writers keep it up. I love this father/son duo.
I have to say Spencer today really didnt look happy with Esme of his attitude towards her about Trina and defending his Uncle Sonny even though he is right then when he says to Nicholas she pushes his buttons and his face when he heard Trina pleaded not guilty I really think he is playing her they are still broken up
@T. Sheree Marshall maybe to make it look convincing to Esme that he does because in that flashback from Spring Ridge she didnt give him any answers and clearly he knows he wont if he keeps on defending Trina when he knows Esme is capable of anything

My reply was more thorough above, as to my change of heart (I saw the other replies, on this thread, AND I TOTALLY GET IT....B/C I WAS FELT THE SAME WAY!!!!! BUT...I am still cautious, BUT there ALSO seems like there's more AT PLAY HERE with Spencer!!!! I DON'T THINK SUDDENLY THAT HE TRUSTS ESME!!!!!! BUT...I am also cautious. It was a big change back then but now I couldn’t see anyone else playing Michael. With time the new character might grow on you. I personally think she’s doing awesome.

Reminds me of when they recast Mykill during his storyline with killing Claudia. Just can't get invested as it feels like a different character..
