    I also have went through the transition of Erin Condren Planner, Bullet Journal and now Hobonchi. I love it and have used it for the last 3 years. I am gradually combining many things into one place. Excited for the new update. Thanks for sharing!!

      Thanks. I think it's always good to mix it up so you know what you like.

      Cindy Borcherding The “Original” has a monthly calendar starting on Sunday. You should check it out! It’s smaller though.

    It took me a little while to understand why you were saying "this year" when talking about 2019 🤣
    I can't wait for the update, it was really interesting to see your take on Bullet Journaling and the Hobonichi. I've always wanted to try Hobonichi, the paper quality looks amazing too. But then I love the flexibility of BuJo 🤔 And not feeling bad about not using the planner for a few weeks or even months, since the pages don't get wasted...

      oh haha I didn't even catch that. you must have been so confused. Isn't that crazy that we will always remember 2020! i actually recently started using the hobonichi notebook (grid pages with the same tomoe river paper) as a bujo for my work tasks and ideas and I am loving it.

      @@amygretchenstudio I didn't realise they also made notebooks!! Really looking forward to your video showing us your current planner now.
      My goodness, we will for sure remember 2020 for ever...

    I'm glad I went back to finish watching this video. I like the size of journal you were using. Is it wrong when I got excited to see part of your new studio, lol. Thanks for sharing, I will take a look at that name brand of journals. Do you still offer your photography course? Is it all online, at your own pace?

    • @amygretchenstudio
      @amygretchenstudio 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The photography course was in person at an art retreat called Squam Art workshops. I am not currently doing ay photography classes now.

    Loved this video! Thanks for sharing! Where do you purchase the Hobonichi? And what's your favorite pen to use with it? Thanks😊

      the 2021 hobonichi was just released in Japan and you can find it on the website linked below. The shipping is so pricey that i always wait a few weeks and either get it on jetpens.com or amazon. They will carry both eventually.

    Bujo frequently seems to be aware of Franklin planner principles, but for me any tool I adopt has to be able to implement the Franklin productivity model. I’m hoping Hobonichi can

    What is the brand called that you can play videos of photos on your phone once you aim your phone at it 24:10? I remember seeing an ad on it before and love the concept for bullet journaling but totally forgot the name of it!

    Thanks for these useful ideas! I'm going to purchase the new Hobonichi, but I don't need the leather cover. But you use a plastic cover for the book. Where did you get it? I only found the cover on cover for the leather cover, but this is too large for the book. Thanks in advance!

      This is what i use. It’s a bit too small for the spine if you get the full year, but it does stretch and accommodate over time. Fits great for me now. amzn.to/3zUaWFg (affiliate link)

    I started and found hobonichi in 2018 July -Dec tooo. But I have not worked out how to ignore dates in the day pages nor the first month page without worrying about it🙄
