Wow lots of haters. First it’s not a motorcycle so you can’t compare it to one. It’s priced close to the same as a similarily equipped gold wing or Harley. And this is there top of the line model. The rt limited has almost everything this has and is 3-4k cheaper. It handles better than a traditional trike. It it much less stressful to ride two up and can go on gravel roads and wet roads with out the stress of a motorcycle . It’s great for older people that can no longer handle a heavy tourer. It’s not a replacement for a two wheeled motorcycle it’s a whole different riding experience

I've owned Hondas, Triumphs, Kawasakis and Harleys but I am an absolute lover of Can Ams. I currently have a deposit on the upcoming 2025 S2S and currently own a 2023 S2S like the very bike shown ( It beat out the GW and is to be traded in or sold for my new S2S). In the United States the NHTSA defines 3 wheel vehicles as motorcycles ( to all please research it for yourself if in doubt), not trikes, 3 wheelers, reverse trikes 3 wheel motorcycles or any other derived name concoction labeled on them mostly by haters ust MOTORCYCLE, additionally, most states issue you "motorcycle" plates and consider them ( wait for it) as motorcycles. It is of my OPINION that the Can Am 3 wheel line-up are motorcycles that do not really want to be motorcycles, because they are truly in a class by themselves😊. You are absolutely right on your comparison proposition in the RT's value, functionality, practicality and reliability compared to motorcycles in it's class. People seem to forget that the arguably touring class leader the Honda Goldwing has a 1833cc 6 cylinder while the RT has a less powerful 1333 cc 3 cylinder yet offers comparable performance but superior safety and storage options while weighting over 150 lbs more than the GW. Ride safe, keep those knees in the breeze and take care. 😊

Research this for yourself if so inclined .Why is it only in the motorcycle community there exists so much classification angst against this one bike? It might be the microphone but it seems noisy. I can get one, new, for far less though it's last years model but, the dealership doesn't permit test rides, they say due to insurance complications. No ride =no sale and I'm a cash buyer. The only dealership I have has another set of dealerships 200 miles away and so the test drive is out. Too bad because I'd be riding one if not for that!
Same for me I aint spending that much money without trying it first. I ended up buying a Goldwing instead because they let me test ride it first. No test ride No Sale

To be honest here, driving a bike Is actually fun,especially on the highway on two lanes with another bike buddy beside you.But sometimes it does not Obey the law.
I have the 2021 model of this motorcycle. The only difference is that its color is light green. When it comes to driving, it doesn't feel like a motorcycle or a car. It has a different driving dynamics. The plus side is that it is flashy and big. The minus side is maneuverability. I am constantly nervous, especially when entering corners. So I'm thinking of getting back on two wheels.
The RTs are like rolling couches. I prefer my F3 SS. It has a larger rear pulley, weighs quite a bit less, and it's much more sporty. It's also 10 grand less, which is still expensive for a motorcycle...
I think you are confusing this Can Am RT Sea To Sky with a racing motorcycle. This vehicle is for traveling, not racing. Also, the RT Sea To Sky has 6 gears, not just 3. I don't understand how you can drive such a vehicle at such high revs.

He wasn't riding it right, he was blipping the throttle upon gear changes which you don't do on this bike, you give it gas, listen for the clear indication its time to shift gear and shift gears "without" massaging the throttle. Actually what he was doing is bad for the engine in the long run because it confuses the engine logic electronics. clearly he is from the traditional motorcycle world. 😊
Well that donkey powered 125cc sounding bike has 3 less cyclinders than a GoldWing its closest competitor, 10 less horsepowers (or just for you "donkeypowers" ), 29 ft lbs LESS torque and weights over 170 lbs MORE than it yet it can easily hang with the Goldwing on the highways all the while holding over a gallon and a half more fuel and a whooping 56 liters MORE cargo space than the GW. You're right - you can't compare them with Harleys. They don't sound like a wet fart in a tin can, they handle well and the people that ride them aren't narcissistic wankers.
I can buy a 23 sea to sky for 26K right now however the dealership sucks and don't allow test rides unless you sign an agreement to purchase it. No exceptions. The sales people didn't know that it has electronic power steering. Not impressed.
I've already been offered some quite decent deals and in the colour I want - a sort of frozen blue-green. But! I've just got back onto a Can-Am after 16 years and got myself a 7 year old low miles F3S. Let's see if I still like the idea of 3 wheels after 6 months or so. @@mah4769able
