I first saw this concert on TV and recorded it on Video. I was so enthralled with it as I really think it is the best concert Simply Red have ever done
I sit here listening to some music and Holding On plays. It’s such a great piece of music that I sit and play it over again and over again and again. It’s March3, 2024 and this is going strong!

I always thought that this wonderful singer was Simply Red. Never heard that his name is Mick Hucknall (sp) and that the group is Simply Red.
Mick sings with absolutely no effort, yet the power of his voice is The Best!!

Saw Simply Red live in december 2016. I'd bought two tickets and my hubby didn't want to see him live :( So, i took another friend, whose husband had died a year previously. We had a fantastic time and his voice is astonishing! So glad I didn't miss it. And very happy Mick's found a lovely wife and has kids now. He deserves every happiness!

Simply Red, of the best 80's bands ever. His voice is crystal clear every song. This band is so tight and I must say one of the most impressive live versions that I have ever heard. They can Rock! But there music is just simply amazing! Love this band. Brings back days at the China Club In NY back in the 80's.

This is one of those rare, timeless songs that reminded you of what was to come before you actually lived it. Holding back the years came out when I was around 21. Even then, at such a young age, whenever I heard that song I knew it was speaking of things I would eventually experience later on in life.
Enjoy your days here on earth, tomorrow is never promised. I found this song about 2 years ago and each time I listen to it its like the first time all over again.

Concuerdo contigo...aunque no soy tan joven🤭ya que nací en 1987,en los 90's, tuve mucha influencia de música de los 80's también por mis hermanos mayores y entre esas joyas, la música de simply red y en especial la voz de éste gran artista 😍🥰❤️lo escuché por primera vez con "holding back de years" y me enamoré de su voz y todo lo que transmite.
