Taking this Yaris from my work from my dealership for a test drive, this car was actually for sale and it drives like new except this homemade sport exhaust lol (straight pipe) but anyway it was fun to drive, smooth and comfy and of course very economical.
This car has 270000kms, has you can expect this engine is very strong!

When I'm in my Toyota iQ I like to think the spirit of the original Yaris is still there.
I have a 1.3 Yaris (2003) and she's my first Toyota. So, i really appreciate her very smooth way to drive and her nervous behav in city. So, she's definitely a perfect citizen car, turning easily and in very short range, and it's funny. So, for the moment i'm happy with Toyota and i think that for my next car i wish to drive a 1.4 or 1.6 Yaris, for more fun on highway, knowing that the mine still a little nervousless on highway.

I have a 1.0 2001 yaris 5 door, it's basically mint. The fastest I drove it was about 165kmh. The car is kinda practical and very fuel efficient. It sounds so good when going up a steep hill. It's an ideal starter car.
My first and current car is the Yaris ‘02 1.3 VVT-i 86hp in 3-doors

Ho una Yaris 1.0 sol del 2000 ha 250000 km va sempre benissimo, mai cambiata la frizione e lo scarico senza un punto di ruggine. Consuma sempre molto poco, mai nessuna perdita di olio o refrigerante.... purtroppo il difetto più grande è la mancanza del ABS e la poca potenza sulla ripresa e soffre un po' le salite, per il resto è quasi PERFETTA.

We have an old moskvich 408 and it’s exhaust pipe has holes in it (it is rusty. Very rusty.) and it sounds the same as this at 0:47. It has a 1.5 petrol engine
I also have a yaris 2010 it is 1.3 and it is fantastic 🌹

Dobro Dan, Ithink it’s the gear shift linkage hitting the exhaust, the bushings that’s hold it in place are worn and the gear stick linkage drops and hits the exhaust.

Oui c'était la ligne d'échappement qui était tordue, une ligne neuve à été remplacé juste après la vidéo.
