As an American 🇺🇸 I’ve traveled to many many countries, Adana kabob is by far , by far the best kebab ever ever had before!!! The most amazing kebabs , you don’t know what a real kebab tastes like if you haven’t tried Adana kebab , everything els I see it’s fake !!! This is truly amazing!!!

as an american traveling abroad you might want to keep the fact that you're an american traveling abroad to yourself - tourists already stand out like a sore thunb - make even a half assed efford to blend into the local population
Then you haven’t been in Iran
Still needs sauce. Don't care how great it is... Needs a creaminess with the onion, tomato, peppers, sumac, etc. Just has too. I don't care what anyone thinks. It's like Mexican in Texas or Mexico that it's fajita or a carne asada. We can skip cheeses and nonsense but we need that yogurt mixed with something like Tzatziki or garlic sauce and a lil guacamole or baba ganoush on the side... It elevates the flavors and fats to a new level. To really get complex but simple you make it epic. Sour Cream alone or Yogurt can and you can eat so many more peppers if you're a heat rookie. Try it. You'll love it. Cayenne breeds in the middle east/Asia or habanero in American/Caribbean. Even with vinegars or hot sauce and fermented. Add some creaminess. Bang-oh, magic.
I have been around the world a few times, but if you are a meat lover, then Turkey has to be the one

Btw, if you really did know the Turkish cousin then you would have known that is mostly based on “greens “ and legumes!

@@paponeable Turkey is not india lol. Turkish cousine is mostly meat. And about pork....Pork is low tier low quality meat compared to beef chicken etc. Real meat lvoers eat beef, elk,chicken,deer etc.

Man, this is the very kebap you are looking for. There are 2 kinds of kebap skewered like this. This one in the video is Adana kebap. It is grounded meat chopping with vegetables like pepper and animals'fats. Cağ kebap is not being made with grounded meat. Marinated pieces of meat takes in place in a rounder.

@@CarsiBonn Hocam Allah aşkına etleri pişiriyolar bekletiyolar. bekleyen etler hem kuruyor hem soğuyor. Sonrada tel ızgrada ısıtıyor. Pirzolanın baksana tepsinin içine ne kadar lezzetli olan yağını suyunu salmış bekletilmekten. Bi dünya adam ama hiç biri ne servisten nede et pişirmeden anlıyor. Soğumuş köz biber domatesi hiç söylemiyorum bile.

Looks like a beautiful restaurant with experienced dedicated staff. The food looks amazing and the effort given into the preparation and service of the food is top notch.

The process is beautiful. Why they're serving and what isn't. I love kitchen madness however.
When you get this big the love leaves. You don't want to eat in those. They can't be the best anymore, that's what made them and made millionaires but there is no good or even great food left in these places anywhere. I still respect and love the process.... Just how it is when you love food and get too big for your britches. Their owners are. Guarantee they aren't happy with the end product the way they once were. Just their bank statements.
Wish it was there four eight years ago but you could get street food that was excellent.

Jewish Isreali food looks delicious. I never seen so many Jews in one place before.. Wow amazing... You jews know how to cook.. it all looks delicious.... I love the kebabs.. Kitchen madness. I love it.
But don't love the food... No love left. The owners aren't, just the bank statement. It's like watching Salt Bae. He tries to control and be there sometimes for what made him famous (his arm hair salt 😂) but it's not what it's about in cooking or was about four him in cutting meat and cooking... Mass product restaurants are not a good thing for food quality and connection with your customer and true happiness and reason leaves. Once you ignore your prime beliefs and compromise you lose a part of yourself in ever area of life. You've only got so much to give and once it's used up. It may be forever. That goes with everything. Very serious stuff.
