I live by the same ideology. I know I have an addictive personality and I promised myself to stay away from any drugs or alcohol. Staying clean will makes life ten times better.
It makes me so upset when I hear people put down musicians and celebrities for how they live and things they are going through so many people don't see that they are just people too with real problems just like anyone else.So these messages from these rock stars who support the You Rock Foundation make me happy because it shows people they are human not Gods and they want to help others who have struggled just like them or others they know and care about and that means so much to me and others living with depression to see our favorite rock stars show their humanity and share their pain with the world.
