About The Real Housewives of Potomac:
Gizelle Bryant is in a situation-ship with Jason Cameron from Bravo’s “Winter House,” who is 16 years her junior, and the west wing has never been more alive. Candiace Dillard-Bassett is extremely busy touring her Deep Space Deluxe album in multiple cities, but bankrolling the cost is taking its toll on her and Chris, and she needs to figure out her next move. Already stressed out, she becomes even more anxious due to arecent health discovery. Within the group, relationships are strained as Candiace is going through her usual on again-off again with Ashley, not speaking with Gizelle, and going through a rough patch with Robyn.
Wendy Osefo is taking on another endeavor, but this time it will combine her interests in politics, mental health, and good gossip. The group dynamic presents a challenge: she is not in a good place with Gizelle and Robyn, and the arrival of new housewife Nneka rubs her the wrong way.
Mia Thornton and her husband, Gordon, have been through it this past year with the loss of their CEO titleship in The Joint chiropractor. The mounting tension has caused her to seek a divorce lawyer but, not ready to give up, she gives couples therapy a try. Mia takes steps toward making amends with Karen, but persistent rumors make it difficult for them to move on.
Attorney and entrepreneur Nneka Ihim is a first-generation Nigerian American who enjoys the finer things in life. She and her husband, Dr. Ikenna Ihim, recently bought a beautiful Potomac house that is in the midst of being renovated. As an African woman Im HIGHLY disgusted by this narrative about A MOTHER and an AFRICAN woman. First it was a dangerous accusation against Chris last season and now someone's mother? They All got together and started these rumors about Wendy's Mother for a storyline to keep everyone from talking about Juan and Robin's marriage, finances and Juan's sexual lawsuits.. 💯

Nneka should have addressed that one on one with Dr. Wendy after she got that alleged call. Dr. Wendy didn’t make the call. This wasn’t handled better because Nneka is thirsty to be on the show and with the GEBs and their minions. And Ashley had a hand in it by purposely bringing ill will to Dr. Wendy regarding Nneka. It’s stupid, sad and then demonizing Voodoo for storylines is another new low for the show.
The new girl is reaching and Wendy is a true class act not feeding into old girl's BS at all and Candice is a real friend to Wendy to truly have her back like that!

Every season feels like a Wendy take down season. Giselle/Robyn/Ashley/Mia are clearly very anti-Wendy, and Giselle especially will do anything to jump on the hate train even if it means being downright rude or contradicting herself. Now I don't think Wendy is particularly the most likable person, but she's taken a lot from these girls that she did not deserve and I am going to support her for sticking up for herself / continuing to rise above their dirt.

Being from an West african country accusing someone of being a witch is really serious and in some parts of africa it really can have real bad consecenses as people have been killed or prosecuted for it. Films have been made about the topic. So Nneka coming in with that is realy frown upon and taken serious when understanding the contex. Its really wanting something bad to happen to Wendys mother, both in a Nigerian community in the states (being alienated) or for it to have consequences is Nigeria. This whole thing is giving xenophobia, and to have Nneka that should know better a fellow Nigerian trowing it our to make matters worse is really crazy.
They brought on another Igbo woman who is of darker complexion so that they could tarnish Wendy’s image without the stereotype of colorism .. this is a plot that production and Ashley set up .. and I’m praying that this gets enough attention that they change out the production company doing RHOP cause this should not be allowed season after season Wendy is the target.. it says a lot someone is working overtime to tarnish her image.. and not just for this show something to think about ..
