You need to work for at least 1 year after study if you want to be qualified for PR

Whatever the length it doesn’t matter, but as of now you need to work in any noc code for one year after study then you are qualified for Nova Scotia skilled trade stream and also for Nova Scotia express entry

As of now yes only for food and accommodation jobs are not considered. Any other jobs are acceptable under skilled trade stream with ielts clb 5
