Actually you have to mixed the eggs with cornstarch. Traditionally we also put water in the mixture. Fried rice is cooked differently in my counrty but this is her way of cooking it. That''s very admiring. As an Surinamese citizen we have the benefit of learning the many different ways of cooking the same dish by our Javanese and Chinese brothers and sisters.

Looks absolutely delicious 😋.I never knew about adding flour to the eggs.Learn one from you.I usually make my fried rice more like chinese style mix boneless beef steak tender meat big jumbo shrimp chicken breast which gives it a great flavour using Jasmine rice. Toasted sesame oil. chilli ginger oil mushroom soy sauce brokli carrots cabbage.I also love the guyanese style fried rice the way you made it.Ms Sparkle I'm a big chef too you know.lol.I love to cook and eat just like you and hubby.I had a big kick out of it seeing Selena eating with the pot spoon.This is hilarious.You guys have a great sense of humour and I love it all and enjoying every bit of it.Also I find it hard to mix a big batch of chomein with a pot spoon so a little tip from me if you'd APPRECIATE.I usually use 2 big forks it's alot easier to mix it up.I must also mention that even though I am a good cook I LEARNT quite a few from both you and Denny's cooking.The flour with the eggs.The green mango in coconut choka.I use to be watching Mark Weins and Trevor James alot and a few others travelling for food globally but eversince I came across you and Denny's cooking I've been watching you guys mostly and got so hooked watching you all preparing the most delicious guyanese dishes.The best part that made me laughed do much is Denny fishing rod and bait fishing your hassa aquarium.Selina is a sweet girl and very entertaining i just love her but your other 2 chidren seem a bit shy.Thank you for reading my mini novel.I hope it will strengthen the muscles of your eyes and give yiu 20/20 vision.lol.Please tell Denny I love all his cooking as well and love watching you both prepare great delicious dishes.You guys are awesome and so amazing what you do .You guys are the best of the best.My most favorite People on TH-cam.Love you all.HAPPY HOLIDAYS.Stay safe.Stay blessed.God bless !
