Im a bit late, but do you have to jump off to the side before you reach the top of the kicker, like in the video? I tried the raley once and it didnt end that well, I want to be sure
SaltyUrs no not at all really. That’s just the way Davey approaches it. There is never a cause to leave the kicker early. You should always aim to get to the top. Every time. This trick is the simplest but just requires commitment. If you go for it and through your board back as hard as you can (from the top) and pull your knees to the handle after you will be fine and land it every time after once you have the rhythm!
