great video, I think I'm going to wait for them to release a longer version of these. I wish they made their t-shirts and interval pants in longer lengths too
@@stevepodraza6363 they likely will a bit! I notice mine get a bit snug when I dry them (will typically air dry, but dry them after gnarly hikes/a few years for that reason)
I really appreciate the honesty and detail you go into in your reviews. I purchased the set shorts based on your review and have really been enjoying them, even though the length and the lining are a new experience for me personally. I also purchased the durable shirt, of which, leaves a bit to be desired IMO (I like the material but the shirt may be too "fitted" for a workout shirt--when doing anything overhead, the entire shirt rides up entirely too far for my taste). I'm curious, what is your current favorite casual pants, outdoor pants, and workout pants?
Thank you! Yeah, TT could use some work on their t shirts, imo. Super hit or miss. Current favorites Casual: Rhone commuter Outdoor: Tactical pant/REI pant (forget which model) Lounging: Vuori Sunday performance jogger or Rhone spar jogger
@@thatfitfriend I guess the spec-ops people they consulted on them with don't care about cell phones. I always wonder how much of sales of tactical gear like pants go to actual operators vs just regular people.
Are they kidding with the 30.5 inseam? What is this a pant for 15 year old kids? I wear 34 inseam pants normally, so these would have been like capris on me! I had the pant in my cart and was about the checkout, decided to see some reviews first. Glad I found this video!
Hey buddy, let's tone it down with that nonsense. I wear a 29in inseam. The fact that you're a giant doesn't mean that all of us are. And no, I'm not 15
should have listened to your advice of going 1 size down. usually I use size 34 on Levi’s pants so I went for 34 but too loose for my taste. I got 2 34’s I loved these pants but had to go thru again for size 32. Had them shipped here to Philippines so I don’t have the privilege for return and exchange. Wish Ten Thousand should also improve their inventory so I could order different colors and have them shipped all together.
Does it work well with the humidity in Philippines? From Singapore here, and considering getting, but afraid that it might not be breathable enough with the humidity in the tropical climate. Hope you can share if it works well for you!
Thanks for the review. I have a question about the zippered pockets. You said the side zipper pockets were a bit too narrow. Is this the same with the back zippered pockets as well? Thanks.
They're not bad! It's my fave performance pant from TT. Skip on the Session and Foundation, they're a miss, imo. Interval reminds me of a Lulu ABC in some ways but with a sportier taper.
@@thatfitfriend thank man. Appreciate the content. Love the tactical and interval shorts that I got based on your reviews. Use your influence with them to get a 9” tactical short. I love the waistband on the tactical, but like the length of the 9” interval some days.
Still too tight in the seat and thighs despite being in between waist sizes and erring on large size. Doable with stretch fabric but, would not work with a base layer. I am athletic but no huge body builder. Agree, zipper pockets way too small and tight to be super useful.
You can try using “BOLY” at checkout, but the link should apply that automatically at checkout. I tested and it worked, but if it’s still giving you issues shout and I can help you accordingly!
@@thatfitfriend I think the Stretch Zion and Brion pants are what most people get. I’ve been wearing them for years, great for hiking. Imho moderate stretch and leg mobility, nothing wild.
@@ChronicWatClesNarnia we have so many camping trips planned. I’m looking to test more gear around hiking/camping/outdoor training. Thanks for the tip and suggestion! Moab this weekend! Will film it!
Weird that people would be so turned off because it can’t fit a PMAG. I don’t think I carry PMAGS around with me on a daily basis. I do however carry concealed and these and the Utility shorts have been perfect. Life changing.
i don’t know what tactical pants are?!??!??. are u supposed to wear these with tactical boots (whatever that is) with a G-Shock watch, fireproof tactical jacket and then jump out of an airplane to fight a forest wild fire? Maybe i should try these but i need a heavy duty tactical helmet to go with a tactical outfit and just walk around town as casual wear.
A tactical pant that you can’t fit a pmag in the side pocket, fail. Also couldn’t fit my iPhone max in the side pocket. I was able to fit my GoPro as long as I covered it in lube and fought it for 5 minutes. Comfortable and good fit though.
Yeah, feel that limitation. These wouldn’t be my first pick for carrying when I’m out in the sticks here in CO. The lube comment made me LOL. Thanks for sharing feedback on these 🤝

Good call especially if you have longer legs. I wish they were 31.5-32" inseam!
Used your discount and love them! Great review! Thank you 💪🏻
Oh snap! I appreciate that. Thank you and glad you like them!
@@thatfitfriend will these shrink at all if throw them in the dryer ? 34 for me a bit baggy and the 32 is to tight in the legs and waist

I recognized the potential issue with the zippered cell phone pocket as soon as I saw how narrow it was with a zipper.

Curious, with the cotton blend in the material, how do they handle sweat and shrinkage from laundry?
Sweat they tend to be okay, however, they do shrink so run them on cold/delicate then air dry to prevent this!

The problem is the 32s are too snug for my thighs. I don’t mind having to wear a belt with em, tbh.

Thanks for the review. I have a question about the zippered pockets. You said the side zipper pockets were a bit too narrow. Is this the same with the back zippered pockets as well? Thanks.
Yeah, similar narrow width but not as deep so it’s not as annoying to get smaller stuff out of those pockets!
And thank you!
back pocket is ok and is not too deep but if you have a nice wallet the zipper could ruin it😂

Those pockets look like a design failure for something named a tactical pant.
