Sir according to talaq e ahsan practice if husband pronounce it and sent notice to wife whether she accepts it and files maintenence under HMA CRPC 125 whether husband is liable to pay for maintenance???

To mainly talaak e biddat ko khatm kiya gya, ar usme v ye dikkat thi ki ladki ko iddat ka period ke liye wait nahi ki jati.. Ye jo iddat ka period hai ye basically bacho ki legitimate ko pta kare ar time mil sake ki talaq ko revoke kar sake... Mmmm
