I don't even remember the last time I had listen to a complete album in one shot, but even less without deciding to do it first. This is a precious gem... absolutely lovely.

Sorry for the "necroposting", I don't comment on videos this old but I can't help myself this time. This is really a *_masterpiece_* where the ruthlessness of futurism and concrete music, highlighting the big amount of concrete we see and the chaotic nonlinear dynamics that arise on metropoli, is sweetened by beautiful epic melodies, protraying the ability of Humankind to live in huge agglomerations through modern technology. What a journey!
there is no such thing as "necroposting" on youtube. youtube is not a time-sensitive feed, its an archive. p.s. "necroposting" is such a cringe neologism
Good stuff Steve Brenner! Never knew Kitchener had an electronic music scene in the eighties...thank you for upload! (side 2 begins 29:47)...some good industrial sounds in there, too!

Great sounds, that hammer sound reminds me of the theme song from the Terminator
First track goes hard
indeed!
The first few minutes sound like a deleted track from the Terminator 2 OST 😁
Great album. And classic electonic music..

Welcome to METROPOLIS.
Great album ! In a completely different style, on the same topic, there s Sleeper in Metropolis, from Anne Clark. Dark synths from the 80s.
Mellows out quite a bit after the 1st track.
This will be Sunday Brunch
Thank You SOTD
This one is awesome!
Thank you for the nice comment Brenner
Definitely has that 90's sound.
Thanks for posting this Steve B
