No, it's Fusha not dialect. Fusha is the language which all Arabs understand and study, in some cases if we can't understand other's dialect we speak Fusha.
@@Learnabic thanks a lot for your reply. Actually I am very tensed, I live in Pakistan. I want to learn spoken Saudia, Arabic. No one is here to guide me properly. I am learning MSA, someone told me it's not spoken language and people will laugh at you once you will talk

When you learn Fusha you will walk 75% of the way of learning the Saudi dialect, and the other percentage you will learn it by practicing the dialect there. Don't worry about being laughed at, it's part of all learning journey and we are used to 😂
